“Great park for everything!”

I have heard about this park for years but went for the first time on Sunday, Mothers Day.
There are great bike trails. Areas to hike and swim, fish and play areas for the little ones.
I bought an annual pass and will certainly be going back.
It is a little piece of Heaven on over 4000 acres!

Stony Creek is a park we visited with our kids 40 years ago, now we visit with our grandson. they have one of the best play area for kids of all ages. they have everything for fitness and out door lovers. There are bike and walking paths, canoe and kayak rentals, giant water slide at the swimming beach, also concession stand and convenient restrooms. Went camping last year for the 1st time (no electricity) but alteady have 2 weekend booked for this year. I would highly recommend this park to anyone considering going.

Sandy beaches, both rustic and paved trails for hiking, biking. walking and roller blading. Nature center, picnic areas, recreation areas including disc golf, playgrounds and baseball fields. Weekend camping, golfing, fishing and swimming. This well cared for and clean park offers just about anything and everything, This wonderful park is a short driving distance from
the tri county area. Its like being upnorth without the drive or the traffic. Great all year round.
Definitely under utilized, never seems crowded. Great place to visit. Daily pass or yearly pass required. Reasonable.

Stoney Creek is a year round venue that has appeal for families, individuals and couples. The acreage has a large lake for non-motor aquatic craft, swimming and fishing. Paths encircle the perimeter of the lake and enable running, walking and biking activities. There are numerous picnic and beach locations. A picturesque 18 hole golf course is a part of the property. Wildlife abounds everywhere. Maintenance is top notch.

Stony Creek provides a myriad variety of things to do. With sandy beaches, boat rentals, bike rentals, golf, mountain bike trails, hike/bike trails, nature center with hiking trails, disc golf there is plenty to do. There are daily and yearly passes for reasonable fees.
