Took the "Misses" here for our Babymoon (last trip before welcoming our first child) and this was a great experience ! Judine was nothing short of a great hostess. She has a kind heart and genuinely seems to care about her guests and their experience at this wonderful Inn. We finally got to meet her husband at the end of our stay and he was equally as welcoming and nice as Judine.
The room we stayed in , Moritz Suite, was clean, spacious, accommodating and bright! There was a nice flat panel TV in the room along with a DVD player if you choose to bring your own movies along. WIFI internet access was also available.. hit or miss at times with coverage but who comes here to be on the internet all day anyway?!
Breakfast was always served on time and was delicious! I will take a home cooked breakfast over any hotel food any day! The common areas of the house were all nicely decorated and bright. There is a small fridge available for your use and is always stocked with free water and coke products for those thirsty evenings. There is even free popcorn for a late night snack along with Tea and Coffee.
Judine really has the recipe for making this a wonderful stay for any couple who is looking to get away from all the noise of the city but still be close to everything. There is no question that this is a place we would recommend and stay at in some future stay!
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to place some kind if nightstands next to the bed for charging cell phones or putting down your book or PC. Other then that, Judine, there is nothing that I would change about the way you do things! You were so welcoming and such pleasant company that we wish we could have stayed a couple extra days! We wish you and your husband nothing but success and hope to see you in the not to distant future!
P.S This appears to be a couples retreat ... but call Judine if you have a young one you would like to bring along, we were told something might be able to worked out ;)
That's a big BONUS for future stays seeing our baby is on the way soon!
Thanks Judine and much Success!

P.S for those planning a trip to South Haven, after Labor Day seems to be a great time to visit. Still warm enough to be out and about and the crowds are greatly diminished. Not to mention everyone is in full harvest around this time and there are wonderful apples to go pick and dazzling colors to go see...get out there!
