We spent two nights at this resort on labor day and had a fabulous time. The room was large, clean, updated, bed very comfortable. The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. The resort is a block and a half from the beach. Use of bikes is free and we took a couple into town. The grounds are well kept and there are several places to have a cocktail or glass of wine in the evening. Didn't go in the pool but it looked very clean. Breakfast both mornings was great. If i were to have one suggestion, it would be to get some nice big pillows for that fabulous king sized bed! All in all, we are still raving about the great place and plan on staying there again once or maybe twice next year.

Room Tip: We chose the King Deluxe. Nice whirlpool in room!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Victoria Resort Bed & Breakfast. Our daughter recommended this spot to us after her visit to the area. It could not have been more perfect! Our suite was up-dated and fresh. The location was great for our walk to the beach, and the surroundings beautiful. The staff was very friendly and out-going. We appreciated their information on the area and made use of the refillable popcorn buckets they offered when we went to the local theatre to see a movie! We also made use of the pool after an afternoon of biking - had a great, relaxing time floating on the available "noodles" with no one else in the pool area. I can't fail to mention our 2 yummy breakfasts! Just a great, no-problem week-end all around!

We have been going to this resort for almost 20 years. The Main Inn suites, rooms are super good, very clean and upscale, the same for the cottages top notch. The breakfasts have been always super good and plenty, plus the baggles & cream cheese, muffins, and blueberries,--yummy- Owner and staff are extremely friendly, very cordial. Bikes; very clean pool, and lot of space to walk around, sit and relax under the trees, or light up the outside fire pit for a warm romantic night. Geo & Mary

Room Tip: our favorite was suite 103, and now (for empty nesters) 102.

We chose to stay at the Victoria Resort Bed and Breakfast for a quick getaway without our three young children. We had never been to Lake Michigan or South Haven and located the resort via the internet. It was just perfect. Beautiful and quite location. Pool. Bikes. Excellent Breakfast! This was my first experience at a bed and breakfast. My boyfriend and I went for a weekend and it was lovely. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and the house had such a homey feeling. This B&B is very close to the beach. They have bikes you can take, movies to watch in your room, a pool, and cute little frogs outside of the main house :)
I hope we are back soon

Room Tip: if you are coming from the chicago area, know that South Haven, MI where this B&B is located is...

My husband and I spent a 4 day weekend here last weekend and it was wonderful. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast. They have several nice cottages for rent as well. We had the junior suite and it was very nice - the "living room" had a nice little loveseat and a small combo fridge/freezer which was perfect as we had brought food for lunches. The weather was great and we enjoyed the pool. It was extremely clean and the water was nice. The location of this place is excellent, set in a nice residential area so it's very quiet. It's also a block and a half walk to the beach.

I'd like to say something about the help and the owner of this fine place. The service from check-in through check-out was superb. The breakfasts were served in a delightful dining room and the food was delicious. When I didn't want the featured meal on one morning, they quickly offered to make me scrambled eggs and bacon. Coffee was great as well. We had a problem the first night in that the bed in our room was too soft for us and when we mentioned it to the owner, she said she'd check it out and get back to us. We had a new mattress and box spring delivered and set up before the end of our first afternoon. Needless to say, this was customer service to the extreme and was definitely appreciated.

I highly recommend this resort for all of the above reasons and would never hesitate to stay again at any time of year!

This place was pretty good, but not outstanding, They had tennis courts, shallow outdoor pool, and shuffleboard courts. Had fun learning shuffleboard; never played it before. We had some fun with the neighbors...and a good breakfast. We liked hanging out with the resident cat, named Smores. We love cats, so this was good.

The room was kinda plain. No complaints, but B&B's usually have fancier digs. They had some bikes available to ride down to the beach. They were separated into "bikes for regular people" and bikes for rent. Please let anyone use all the bikes if they are guests.

Overall, it was pretty good. Go down to the marine museum and go on a 1820 tall ship ride. This was the highlight of our trip. It's only 30$ and well worth it. If you are here, it's a must see.
