“We had a blast...great way to spend an afternoon”
Reviewed 4 November 2013

The kids has so much fun. We didn't even play mini golf. They did the ropes course, water bumper cars, zip lining, giant slide, and video games. We had fun watching them. Great way to spend an afternoon. Fun for all.

“Argh -- Mini Golf Treasure”
Reviewed 20 October 2013

Go to Pirate's Cove Adventure golf in the evening after dinner on your first or second night in Traverse City. The night air adds adventure to the experience. Truly one of the best mini golf courses you can try. It has water falls, caves, blind corners, and interesting terrain. The go cart track in the back of the property is very popular. It is one of the most enjoyable little tracks running slow carts. The kids who are under driving age have a blast there. Beware that the token exchange system doesn't make it obvious at first that you pay about 6 dollars per ride. It is common to hear men on area golf courses complaining in a happy way about the 100s of dollars spent there on their kids and the go carts.

“Good challenging fun.”
Reviewed 5 October 2013

The mini-golf course is more challenging than it looks. 18 holes of fun. We went after the travel season was over, but this looks like it should be a fun place in the summer.

“We Tour America (at least the east 1/3) with the Pirate's Cove Guys”
Reviewed 20 September 2013

Been to MA and New Hampshire outlets and all three in Michigan: here in TC with 36 holes and Petoskey MI and Houghton Lake MI. The two fellows that own the minigolf courses have the idea down pat! Been to the ones in MO and Maine, too. Love mini golf & no one in America does minigolf better. Just wish they had a course near Carrollton GA and up Bellingham WA way, two places we frequent. We play regularly and do 18 holes in about 40 minutes. It might take you longer. Usually there are steps to negotiate when playing so this physically limits some people. But it is the nature of the beast, as the charm of the many courses everywhere is the up and down different configurations. Congrats to the owners!
