We just arrived to Traverse City and after checking in in our hotel we drove downtown to see if we can find an appealing place to dine. We parked, walked around and when we passed in front of Bistro Amical, it seemed attractive. so we decided to try. It was an excellent choice, service was very good and the French style food of this typical bistro was above our expectations. They have garden, land and sea specialities on the menu, which is rather on the expensive side. We had one fish and one meat course, with two different, excellently recommended, glasses of wine. We spent more than we expected, but left with a satisfying experience
