We have just returned from the Marbella Beach after 2 weeks holiday with my husband and 2 girls.
It was a great hotel, fabulous room, super food and really nice staff.
We consider ourselves as relatively fussy in what we like and expect but we had no reasons at all to complain about anything.
I am diary and gluten free, but on the only occasion I could not find something that I could eat, the staff were more than willing to specially cook a dish that I could.
The room was fabulous better than we expected, large contempary and very comfortable beds
The staff were very friendly and were more than willing to ensure we were happy on any occasion.
Spiros, Pedros, Magda and Spyros were all great and helped in making the holiday special
The perfect combination of 3 pools and the private beach as well as the varied activities were all meticulously organised and cleanliness maintained throughout our stay.
Will we return next year? Well we don't normally return to the same place but in this instance it could be a first !

Returned from a lovely holiday at Marbella Beach and I cannot fault it! We stayed half board but when we arrived were given a €100 credit voucher to use in bar and spa! This was a lovely gesture we wasn't expecting.
The rooms were lovely And decorated to a high standard with lots of storage space! Kept clean and maids were friendly (we also had a lizard come into our room and the maid came in and helps us with the creature)
Food was nice , although I thought wasn't as much choice as I have seen in other hotels , everything I had was lovely so no real complaint !
The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming , we also met another couple one of which celebrating a birthday, the hotel bought a cake to her room (her partner never even prompted them to do so)
Pool was very nice, we went to the smaller pool (I think many hotel guests didn't no about this as most of the sun loungers were empty) so no problem saving a deck chair !
Overall had a lovely stay and I would defo recommend it to anyone!!!! 5 star no doubt!!

We stayed here as a family (2 teenage children) in July 2013. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a perfect, relaxing holiday. The hotel is clean and beautifully kept. The room was large, spacious and smartly decorated with a very comfortable bed and effective air conditioning, which was really needed as the temperature outside was in excess of 40 degrees. We didn't see a single cloud all week - bliss! We were in rooms in the 400 range under the restaurant. Other reviewers have said they were noisy, which I disagree with. You could indeed very faintly hear chairs moving around above occasionally, but never late at night or early in the morning. And we appreciated the convenience of being so close to the restaurant and the bar. The pool area did get quite crowded but we usually managed to find sun beds when we needed them and loved both the salty water infinity pool - great for floating and views - and the fresh water pool - great for cooling down when you get too hot. We went all inclusive which I'd recommend. It is brilliant not to have to think about paying for each drink you have. The food in the restaurant we thought was really good. It was always fresh and tasty and refilled often. Someone in a previous review commented there was no fish - well, we can list calamari, mussels, sardines, salmon, prawns and, if I remember, swordfish - available, as well as others, so I don't know how they can say that. The starters were lovely - lots of fresh salads, including a wonderful Greek salad. And the puddings are to die for. Breakfast was also amazing with just about anything you could want available. We loved the Greek yoghurt, honey and dried fruits - as well as the freshly squeezed orange juice. The only comment is that the coffee could have been stronger. The waiters were always friendly and efficient. Even at peak times when it does get very busy they were cheerful and worked so hard. We loved the food at the pool bar and the beach bar, where we ate at lunchtime. Amazing quality that I'd be happy to pay lots for in any restaurant. How they do that in the beach, I don't know! The beach itself was fine, but we preferred to get into the water via the shallower bit further along the beach, as the area around the deck got quite busy and it was straight into very deep water. Don't forget to take your free half hour on the pedalo if you're all inclusive! The hotel is large and does get busy in high season. Sometimes you do have to wait for a little while to get served at the bar in the evening, but the staff do their very best and - hey! relax! you're on holiday! what does it matter if you have to wait an extra 5 minutes?! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future. Thank you, Marbella Beach.

Room Tip: It's worth paying extra for a sea view, as the view really is spectacular.

We have recently retuned from a week's all inclusive holiday at the Marbella Beach Hotel. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations with its friendly staff, excellent food, beautiful grounds and superb accommodation. We had booked a promo deluxe room through Jet2 holidays following an internet search. Prior to departing for our holiday we had read numerous complimentary Trip Advisor reviews and a few mixed reviews. Upon arrival it became clear to us that the mixed reviews had no basis in reality and must have been written by people who are impossible to please.

The hotel was imposing in its beauty with well maintained grounds and immaculate buildings. Our room was modern and spacious with excellent facilities. There was plenty of storage for our clothes, an excellent air conditioning system and a lovely bathroom. The balcony rail was made of a sheet of glass which gave it a modern and sleek touch. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room other than sleeping and getting ready but we were delighted with the quality of our accommodation.

All three pools were excellent with of a choice of salt water and chlorinated water to choose from. We preferred the chlorinated pool and enjoyed spending our lazy days here. Service at the pool was excellent and the bar was well stocked with a range of drinks and snacks.

All members of staff were friendly, even when faced with difficult customers. All appeared to enjoy their work and engaged us in conversation every day. Polite and courteous at all times the staff are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff we encountered during our stay.

A real highlight of our stay at the Marbella Beach was the excellent rage of food on offer at all mealtimes. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and enjoyed the variety of food available to us. The all inclusive was unbelievable value for money and we feel it is the only option worth considering if staying at this hotel. With Greece no longer being the cheap holiday it was in the past you will quickly find yourself spending an awful lot of money on drinks, lunches and snacks if you opt for the half board option or dining out. The Italian restaurant, which allows all inclusive guests one visit per stay, was a real treat. Breakfast and evening meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. There is a huge variety of food available - highlights included daily freshly carved meat, Greek salads, wine, a massive breakfast selection and amazing desserts. At lunchtime there are several options available to inclusive guests - the main restaurant, the pool restaurant or the beach restaurant. We preferred to visit the latter two options at lunchtime. Here the options were from an a la carte menu and served to your table rather then buffet style. The food and service at both of these restaurants was excellent.

The evening entertainment was varied and there was a real attempt to cater for different types of guests - mainly families and couples. We enjoyed the entertainment on offer, particularly the acoustic guitarist and singer on our last night at the hotel.

A trip to Corfu Town is made easy from the hotel via an air conditioned coach which departs at 10:30 from reception each day and makes the return journey from Corfu Town at 4:30. This bus is amazing value for money at €1.70 each way , especially as a taxi from the hotel and back will cost €60.

Overall we were delighted with our stay. If you are looking for a week of enjoying good food and lazing by the pool amid lovely grounds and friendly staff this is the place to do it. We plan to make a return trip to the hotel in the future.

I'm at this hotel now and will post a better review next week. I read a previous review about the restaurant and waiters. How far from the truth, they are great. If I was a waiter and some moron screamed at me for their attention I don't think I would provide them the best service. This is a great place. I'm here as a single dad with my 15 year old son and both of us are having a fab time. Yes there are always one or two ignorant and ill mannered guests and the hotel does a great job at managing them. There is so many good points about this hotel. Come and enjoy

Was staying couple of weeks in second half of July. Just returned 3 days ago. Stayed with family with kid 8 years old. Overall impression is good. Beach is good. Food, not delicious, but tasty. Choice of meals is wide. But to explain - if it is written that should be 10 different cold dishes - you have the same 10 different dishes for whole your vacation. no divercity. Service is another thing to improve. Reception girls were very helpful and polite. Excellent! But when you came into the restaurant you are welcomed by the smiling host who leads you to your table. When you sit you realise that smile is gone with a host, and next person - waiter is very important person, who not cares about you. he or she could came near your table for 2-3 times with very busy look, not paying any attention to you. If you want to attract his attention, you need to scream. And a piece of advise - you should scream louder, then he will "see" you, and probably came. Sometime it seems that is more important to a waiter to clean up a dirty table, than to serve a client. It is understandable if there is a queue of people at the enrance. But i do net understand such a behaviour, when i came to the dinner 15 minutes before the end of a dinner time, with no crowd at the entrance and only few people already eating. I was waiting to be served for 5-8 minutes, when waiter was cleaning dirty tables. But it depends on the waiter. some of them are like i wrote above. some of them are very quick and proactive. so to the end of my vacation i found a section, which is regulary served by waiter-lady Magda. And later i realised that not only me found that and regulary going to have meals to her section in the restaurant for proper service. She is fast, proactive, and even find time to communicate. How are you, how was day. One day my kid felt bad and she ask if we need for the help. and next day she asked about his health. Also another one waiter, the old man was also very fast and polite. So, if you going to visit Marbella - find proper waiter and every time eat at his section. it is annoyng on your vacation, if small thing is broking your rest.

Room Tip: Main new building. As it is fare from the noisy road, close to the restaurant. Hegher - is the bette...

Everything about this hotel
Lived up to expectation, location was lovely, rooms well above expectation. Food varied but as expected so no surprises. Majority staff are very helpful and friendly but shame about one member of pool bar that failed to apologise when rude to my children. The policy for all inclusive is to sometimes ask for your room card and other times not; bit confusing for customers. Wristband would solve this. Shame sea bar wil not serve drinks at night on all inclusive as lovely lit sea scape. Entertainment bit varied, possibly needs better lighting of stage.
