Only in town for one night and enjoyed the comfort of the Hyatt Place. The rooms are nice although the couch was starting to show its age/use a bit. Convenient to many restaurants and easy access to the highway. Checkin was fast and easy and parking was convenient to the rear entrance. Unfortunately I did not have time to take advantage of any of their additional amenities.

Lovely stay. Hot breakfast is great, plus options for bar items and coffee in the lobby! Great room and great service. However, doors are heavy and slam loudly in hallways. Opt for corner rooms and rooms at the ends of hallways! Nice option for business or pleasure!

We had a great experience on an extended weekend. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodated our requests with a positive and generous attitude. Breakfast was a decent quality with fresh hot items like eggs, sausage and pancakes with fresh fruit, yogurt and other sides.

It's a reasonable distance to 131, downtown (15 mins), Rivertown Crossings (6 mins), lots of restaurants and the airport (10 mins).

I stayed there from Feb 9,2014 thu Feb 13,2014 .It was a nice place to stay room was nice. The room was kept up each day. The breakfast was good and it was nice to have muffins with eggs. the excise room was small but had what I use.Only thing wrong was the blower on heater was noise.I stay in room 523.

We stayed Jan 17-18 to be near our daughters cheer competition. Good location right off highway. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Has small fridge in room which is useful. Did dislike how small the shower/toilet area was. It seemed very small and the door barely had enough room to open. Pool area was good, water temp was good but air temp was freezing. No hot tub, bummed about that :o( They have a really nice coffee station and breakfast buffet in the AM. Perfect for those mornings where you have to get going to your next destination but need to grab a quick bite. I would recommend and stay again. Ask for the AAA rate.

Room Tip: Nice to connect two rooms if you stay with extended family. Just ask for connecting rooms.
