Quezo Fundido appetizer of melted Chihuahua cheese, chorizo or not, small fresh warm tortillas, with salsa melts in my mouth! Every dish is delicious, beautiful. All served with rice and the best refried beans I've ever tasted. San Luis enchiladas incredible. Could dine there for every meal every day. Flautas, chile relleno, peneque, tapatias, morelianas, tamales, sincronezada, potato tacos--all incredible.
