We just spent a week at Arcadia Lodge. The weather was great and the Lodge & staff were terrific!! The cabin we had was so nice with plenty of cooking supplies. It even had a dishwasher!!! What cabin has a dishwasher???? They have boats, pontoons, etc. you can rent but we had brought our own boat. Cassie was right there to help put boat in/out. We had two minor issues in the cabin which Cassie resolved immediately!!!! It has so many "water toys" so is a great family resort!!!! Can't say enough good things about the resort & the staff!!!!

My family and I stayed at Arcadia Lodge for my sister's wedding in Sept. The accomodations and the staff are phenomenal!! Every single person on staff at this resort is so friendly and willing to do anything to accommodate their guests. The beach and water toys provide endless hours of entertainment for kids. The cabins are beautiful, clean and have everything you could possibly want. We stayed in Birchview...it's huge, but still felt cozy and charming! This resort is a MUST VISIT!!

We have been going to Arcadia Lodge for four years after finding it by accident on the internet looking for a kid friendly place to stay for a weekend in September while attending a wedding in Big Fork, and we wanted to take my grandson fishing as well. We stayed right by the beach the first year and after that, we moved to Shoreview, off the beaten path, and now we stay at Aspen (more room). Steve and his family have been very friendly and helpful and are excellent hosts. Fishing is excellent and the beach area is great for kids. I would recommend any of the cabins, they all are clean and nice. The only negative, I wish checkout time was later in the morning. It is really hard to get kids up and moving by 9 when they have been out chasing lightening bugs late into the night.

We came up to Arcadia Lodge to spend a few days fishing in August. The cabin was clean and well stocked for cooking. Arcadia has a Fishing Guide speak on Sundays to answer questions and give tips. AC worked great for sleeping, plus the beds were comfortable! We are booking again for next year- 16 people.

Very neat, clean, modern 'cabins'...more like lake homes. A/C. Helpful staff, nice beach area, with floating play toys for kids of all ages. They were very accommodating for our family group of 86 people. Very willing to work with you to get things just right. Call early for availability....at least a year in advance. Dining room on site for evening meals. Internet access in the lodge proper. Cabins that house just 2 or up to 20-30.

Room Tip: Woodland and Shoreview cabins are a little ways away from the rest if you want more privacy. Loon...

My family just returned home from staying a full week at Arcadia Lodge. This is a very nice, family friendly resort. This was our first time staying at Arcadia Lodge & it was well worth the 6 1/2 hour drive it took to get there from our home in WI. We stayed in the duplex cabin Whitetail. It was a beautiful cabin that was equipped with everything we needed. The only complaint I have about the cabin is that because it was a duplex we could hear everything that was going on in the cabin next to us. The walls seemed to be pretty thin. If we decide to go back we would rent a single cabin so we don't have to deal with noise issues. We also rented a pontoon for the whole week we where there. We spent alot of time on the lake fishing & swimming so it was well worth the money. My kids loved the beach! They had 2 water trampolines, 2 dive rafts, & 2 other inflatable toys in the lake. Your kids will not get bored at this resort!! One of our favorite things was that on Monday & Wednesday's Casey the owner of the resort takes guests out tubing on the lake for free. Casey gave my kids a ride of a lifetime! They also grill free hot dogs these same 2 days which was another hit with my family. I cannot say enough good things about this resort! I guess the only negative thing I have to say is that the cabins are pretty close together & there are no firepits at the cabins. they do have a firepit down by the beach that anyone can use at anytime along with free firewood. Arcadia Lodge does a wonderful job taking care of their guests & I would recommend this resort if you are looking for a northwoods, on the lake vacation.

Our three families--two sisters and a brother--and their children and grandchildren, 29 in all, stayed last week at the Arcadia Lodge. We rented two large, seven bedroom lodges--Mapleview and Birchview--and a pontoon boat and fishing boat. The experience was exceptional. The accommodations were precisely what the Lodge had advertised--clean, well furnished, well equipped. The kids, ranging in age from 16 years to 3 months, had a great time on the beach with water entertainment facilities--trampolines, slides, etc. There were structured activities for the kids, tube rides behind a ski boat, and plenty of room to play. The adults fished the lake, and two groups went with Ken Wood, guide, for a day each of guided fishing. The first group didn't have much luck, but the second had a great day catching many small mouth bass and a few walleye. The family who staff the lodge--Steve and son Casey and daughter Nikki--are exceptionally accommodating, doing whatever they can to make the stay a good one. Everyone in our group was quite impressed, and it's likely that some in the family will return to enjoy Arcadia again. Top notch vacation site. No hesitation in recommending.
