Came in for dinner early on a Saturday. The restaurant was partially full but not crazy busy. Our server was pleasant but very forgetful. My wife had the black and blue burger but wanted it on lettuce instead of a bun. That never happened despite asking a few times after the food came out. I had the ribs which were over cooked and very fatty. The BBQ sauce was very good though. Overall it is a decent place just dont expect too much.

I know what night this was because I remember one of our waitresses apologizing to me at the end of her shift. She had some things going on and simply had a bad night. I'm sorry. We strive to give each and every guest the best service possible. We sell about 300 - 400 orders of ribs on a Sat night and typically get rave reviews. We'd like to invite you back to give us another try. If anything is not to your liking we will make it right.

I loved this place for it's inviting decor. It is a place where you can come for a formal dinner, on drive up on snowmobile and close it with a warm drink. It's nestled in the corner of the lake named after the town, and everybody there is either a local or someone who re-visits it from nearby townships. |The service is super friendly and the owner takes a real pride in maintaining a quality standard. If is a beautiful place to look at, and tempts you to stop in for a burger, or a full dinner if you were to observe it quietly pulsing and just driving by. I highly recommend it for a taste of local Buffalo Minnesota the way it really is. Thumbs up!

We went to Mill Creek Inn on a Saturday night and sat at the bar. Bartender was very atttentive and polite and she was also very busy. The place was packed. We had the rib special, a full rack of ribs, fries, and toast for like 10.99 !!! The ribs fell right off the bone and the sauce was very nice and smoky. We also had the infused bloody marys and they were so good. They were also running a prime rib special for $25 which we didn't have but I saw a few coming out of the kitchen and they were huge!!! We were shopping the occasional shops that day and went there for dinner and it did not disappoint, don't expect a lot of ambience, but do expect good ribs.

Sigh....we used to dine here often as a couple and enjoyed it very much!
Alas, the place has become quite run down and really, really needs a facelift.
The service now lacks greatly, too, especially at lunch.
It is not as busy as it once was, and I see why!
The last 2 lunch visits were so disappointing, I have written them off.
Great lunch specials won't help your bottom line with crabby service!
When there are only a few tables of diners, I expect good service.
We got a very sour, grouchy waitress who treated us as a burden.
Eye rolling and sighing are not quality waitress traits.
PLEASE, overhaul and re-staff.
Bring back the fun, friendly
