we read reviews about this place on the net and had one of our friends recomand it, but we for some reason were a bit hesitant to try a new type of food, i wish we went there a year ago, we have missed a lot on good food.
We wanted to try everything, and the waitress suggested we try the Taste of Lebanon for 2, but we were 5 people, so she said that it wasn't an issue, they can make it for any number over 2, we picked our Kabobs, a combination of beef, lamb, chicken and Kafta ( its like grounded beef with vegtables in it) and we were surprised by the amount and quality of the food, every thing tasted great, some dishes need to get used to them, ( the fire roasted eggplant) but there are a large vareity that will satisfy everyones taste, the Chef passed by and asked if we are enjoying the food, and he sent us some Olives on the house, to be honest, i have never had a chef check on my meal before, i made us feel kinda special.
we finished our dinner and still took 2 to go boxes with us with left overs, we were stuffed and could not try the desserts, i have read some where that the Baklava was to dies for, so we asked if we can have baklava and Cheese cake to go, they brought it to the table packed to go and my wife wanted to see what did it look like, a long story short, we ate the dessert before we even left the restaurant.
this place is a great place and we are glad that they do catering , that way we can order some appetizers and food for the family gatherings and special occasions.
this place is a hidden diamond in Burnsville, and people really need to check it out, the food take some time to get to you but that is normal when everything is cooked to order, it is not a fast food place, and not a chain.
