“Great Irish tradition”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 July 2014

This used to be the only remaining beach horse racing in Ireland but I think there are now some others. These races are only on one day a year and the date depends on the tides. This year they will be on September 4th. Not like any other race meeting you will attend. You can watch free on the beach or pay in to where the horses parade. It's cheap so worth paying in. It is a bit of fun and if you are not Irish it's a chance to experience a bit of real authentic Irish culture.
