I've been here many times and it never gets old , see all about the Great Lakes and shipping. Many movies to watch and tours to take. Best of all it's free

Great place for kids and free! Its a great place to get out of the weather when you get tired of the Canal. Stroll through quickly or take your time to read all the information panels.

Great spot to check out some real old maritime stuff. Love the old dive suit. Plus you can head out on the tub boat for some great views.

I really enjoyed this place. Located in the Canal Park area of Duluth, right by the lift bridge. Great exhibits on life aboard ships, from the sailing vessels on up. A nice film about the iron industry and an old steam engine to boot! A pretty good gift shop also. Parking can be a little tricky and make sure you pay the parking fee in this area. I did see a number of cars with parking tickets.
