Up until 3:30 on Saturday it is breakfast and brunch from the left side of the menu. That was OK, we tried a veggie burger that was excellent. Good selection of local beers and the Bloody Mary was superb. Save room for pie! Comfortable room with tons of books all around. Nice part of town and a big parking lot to make it easy.

After waiting nearly an hour, both at the front of Sara's Table restaurant and in a booth, on a weekday afternoon after the lunch rush, we finally left the restaurant. No food had made it to our table, and by this time we were not just annoyed by the deeply indifferent and incompetent service, we were insulted. They had accomplished the nearly impossible task of making customers who never had the chance to taste their food, leave with a bad taste in their mouths.
We have friends in the restaurant business and try to see the daily restaurant challenges from the service side of things. In this case, empathy turned to exasperation at Sara's Table. Good luck if you arrive there hungry, or have something to do the rest of the day.

Stopped here for breakfast on a trip up north with friends. Everyone's food was delicious and fresh. You can tell that they take pride in their food and try to keep most everything organic and locally sourced. You don't mind paying a little more when you know what you are eating is good for you! Highly recommend it for breakfast- especially the cranberry wild rice French toast !

Usually our first choice in Duluth. Menu changes frequently and have never been disappointed.
Food is local and creatively prepared. Always delicious vegetarian choices. Good beer choices. Fun comfortable friendly place. Bakery on premises.

Ate their last night when in Duluth. Looking for something a little different that is fresh, inventive, delicious and inexpensive? Well then this is the place for you! Definitely a must try! The service was also really fantastic, very friendly and great suggestions.

Save room for dessert, although not a huge selection the French silk pie is quite possibly the best pie I've ever had!
