We stayed here 1 night for a wedding. The room was very spacious! 2 queen beds and a pull out couch- larger than similar rooms at other hotels. The pool area was nice and the breakfast was good. It was very busy this weekend we stayed, but I didn't notice any noise while sleeping.

We stayed here on the front end of a family vacation to use the park and ride option for an early morning flight. The rooms have been redone and are nice and clean.

The only thing that kept this from being a 4 star rating is the cheap materials they used for the new kitchen cabinets. When we were getting ready in the morning, my son went to open a cabinet and the heavy particle board door fell off and landed on his foot cutting his ankle. It appeared the plastic hinges were already broken and someone just put to door back in place without telling anyone. The point was plastic hinges - seriously going to cheap and putting safety at risk???

We got the bleeding to stop and simply asked the front desk for some band aides. They did not have a first aid kit at all. The desk staff member did apologize and told us we would certainly get a call from a manger or corporate. Needless to say, no call was received. That was probably the biggest disappointment.

Stayed 3 nights....they are remodeling!!!!! It's a temporary inconvenience but will be a permanent improvement. If you can get over the temporary situation you will enjoy the new rooms, comfy and spacious. The staff is first rate and the shuttle service to and from the airport and mall saved us a rental car. They also will take you to a restaurant nearby if they aren't busy. Breakfast is adequate and all in all a really nice place to stay!!

Check in was great, hotel has swimming pool, free breakfast and great rooms. The next morning we were awakened by housekeeping even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors kids coming in and out of their room and running and laughing down the hall. we were then again disturbed by housekeeping we let them know that we were checking out later and they do not need to keep coming back.

Totally NOT as expected stay. Unsatisfied with rooms out-of dated furniture. NOT the standard design/set up of many SpringHill suites that we had stayed other places. Room had weir smell, old furniture, beds. Felt like we were in Days Inn, or La Quinta in the 90's.
What a turned off. To make it more turned off, the front desk clerk assigned "accessible" room for us, but we are NOT handicap or senior at all. Felt insulted when we saw the bathroom with handicap "equipped" with shower and handrails. Geeze.

When check-in, we told her to put our names/room# on the clipboard for 830am shuttle bus to airport tomorrow. Then in the morning, we tried to reconfirm, another front desk clerk (Shenna) couldn't see our names/room # on the list. She kept asking what is your room #, where do you want to be drop off.

Breakfast has good varieties, breads are good. BUT the hot items: eggs and turkey sausages are NOT kept warmed, dry and not tasty at all.

The only thing that good is the shuttle bus to and from airport. Other than that, it was just FLAT.

Room Tip: Definite NOT recommended until all rooms are renovated, and their front desk clerks get re-trained for customer service,

Hello,

Please accept my apology for the problems you had during your recent stay here at the Springhill Suites. I can understand how frustrated you felt.

Our hotel is currently being renovated and we are aware that our current appearance needs an update. Sadly the renovation is not something we can decide at the hotel and we do the very best we can with what we have. We work hard to "Impress the Guest," and in your case we failed to do that.

I appreciate your informing us of your concerns. We want to offer the best service possible, and feedback good or bad from our guests helps us to do that.
