Description: 651-437-5002. Great little restaurant in the Historic District of Hastings. Very family orientated and good food at a good price. Been there a few years now, and is successful and worth going to.

Arrived at Karl's around 11:15 am for a Sunday brunch. The waitress was wonderful. Very pleasant and took our order promptly and gave us our beverages in a timely manner.
After being there for over an hour we still hadn't received our meals! We left after an hour and a half. Will never go back. Thanks Karl!

LOVE the coffee. The breakfasts are filling and fresh, in pleasing comfy decor. They can whip a quick lunch if you are in a hurry, but I like my salad ingredients mixed together not displayed in layers. Greeted as you enter the door like you are their best customer.

This place is always kind of busy...I mean this in a good way. You wouldn’t want to eat somewhere that was never busy right? They have a reputation and the locals frequent here. Good sign right? Service is a little slow, but I don't mind that. They have trivia games on the tables, so it's great when you have teenagers, they have fun challenging each other and laughing while you wait. The food is o.k., not go out of your way for, but it's a decent place to get lunch while you wait for new tires to be put on your car down the road. :)
