“Good soup”
Reviewed 26 February 2012

Bread is great, pastries not so much(dry). Very good soups. Sandwiches are better than average-moist. On the expensive side.

“Panera Bread in Apple Valley, MN”
Reviewed 31 January 2012

This bakery and deli makes excellent soup - especially French Onion Soup - with the baked on cheese! And, the bread is always top notch - fresh, tasty, and available in a wide variety. I'm a sucker for the sourdough. My favorite is a half-n-half, which is half a sandwich from the menu and a cup of soup. I usually order an apple for the "side" selection, otherwise they might give you another slice of bread! Did I mention that the coffee is excellent - the time it was brewed is usually right on the decanter - help yourself to all you want.
