I stayed here with my mum for two nights and found Chris to be very friendly and helpful. The twin room we stayed in was very large as was the bathroom - both very clean. A couple of maps were provided in our room showing the local area/footpaths and pub. The cooked breakfast was very nice. At first we felt a little funny sat down with Chris to have our breakfast, but we had a lovely chat and the views across the fields and river was very pleasant. His two dogs were very well behaved and loved a bit of fuss. We went for a meal at The Stag pub, which was just round the corner - couple of minutes drive. Highly recommended - again very friendly - both bar man and the locals. We sat by the wood burner and had a lovely steak and ale pie. We would definitely stay at Warren Stables again!

We hired all three rooms for a 2 night stay as a friend was getting married at Narborough Hall. It was less than 10 mins from the venue so although we didn't see much of the area the location was perfect for our needs.
We took our own dinner up Friday night and Chris allowed us to use all the facilities in the kitchen even giving us our own fridge to keep drinks and snacks in and we sat up drinking until the early hours in the vast kitchen.
The main bed room was huge and perfect for my friends and their new born baby and the 2 upstairs rooms were perfect for our needs with a shared bathroom.
The cooked breakfast each morning was lovely and we were able to sit drinking tea looking out over the beautiful views with no pressure to leave.
Chris was very friendly and welcomed us warmly.
I'd really recommend this place, particularly of a few couples want to go away together for a weekend.

Upon arrival a note was left for us to check ourselves in as Chris was in the depths of the garden. This was great as we were able to get settled. The room was huge and very well furnished, warm and comfortable with a great super king bed. The bathroom was also large with bath and shower, the shower being one of the best I have had in a B&B. Breakfast in the kitchen was informal and relaxed and well cooked, and Chris was very interesting to talk to, all in all a great host. Chris if we are back in Norfolk we are coming to you again.

Room Tip: The downstairs room with the big bed, very large and comfortable.

We came across Warren Stables by chance and were more than delighted by both the accommodation and the setting. The bedroom was very large and airy whilst being homely. The bed was extremely comfortable with a choice of either feather or synthetic pillows. This was more of a country retreat than a b&b. We would definitely recommend this place for value for money and comfort.

A warm welcome from Chris, a large cool room with the most comfy bed ever, plus dog-friendly - we couldn't ask for more. Situated in a tranquil rural spot, with good walking nearby. The local pub was closed on Mondays, so we drove to the Dabbling Duck in Gt Massingham, where good food and beer went down very well.
