We have looked forward every year, since our first visit in 2008, to spending a week at Rookery Barn. Lynda and Tony are two of the most hospitable people one could come across. A superb breakfast includes a wide choice of local produce and is well presented in very pleasant surroundings. The accommodation is full of character, well equipped and overlooking an attractive garden. We look forward to our next visit.

This is a rural gem offering first class accommodation.
We were well looked after by Tony and Lynda,who were most welcoming hosts.
Breakfasts were also first class.

My Husband, our 20 month old and I stayed here for 3 nights for a break after our Wedding. We couldn't have picked a better place. The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The owners Tony and Lynda were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The surroundings are beautiful and is ideally situated for a "get away from it all" type of break. Although having said that, it still has the amenities needed just a short drive away. The breakfasts here are out of this world! Cooked to perfection and a lovely selection. Tony and Lynda pride themselves on the little touches making you feel very welcome. We had a card left for us in our room congratulating us on our Wedding and some chocolate Lindt bunnies as it was Easter!
Recently we experienced a fantastically relaxing weekend at rookery barn. I took my parents there for my fathers 70th and although essentially we used the barn as a base, it was faultless. Both my parents room and our room were immaculate, generous in size, impeccably spotless with amazing character....the bed in our room (driftwood) was so comfortable it was a struggle to get up in the morning. Location was brilliant for Wroxham, park and ride to Norwich and the yarmouth stadium. Food was very tasty indeed with everything you could ask for in a breakfast. All topped off with a host who was attentive and couldn't do enough to make us welcome. Tony was a true gentleman and it was a pleasure to have met him. Highly recommended B&B, you will not be disappointed.
We had a 2 day stay at Rookery Barn on recommendation from friends who's daughters wedding we were attending. First impression..... Wo!!!!! We were overwhelmed with the friendliness and enthusiasm to make us welcome by a truly lovely couple,Tony & Linda. The quality of the accommodation is that of a 5* hotel, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and a delicious breakfast. If we travel over to Norfolk in the future we will most defiantly book into Rookery Barn, highly recommended. Thanks for a great weekend.
We had three nights at Rookery Barn and three delicious breakfasts.We stayed in Pebbles which has its own private patio area,perfect for a glass of wine after a day sightseeing.The room was spotless and very comfortable and the position of the barn was perfect for the coast and the Broads,both of which are a short drive.Tony and Lyinda were very helpful and perfect hosts and also very knowledgable about the local area and places to eat.Would definately recommend this place and will be returning in the future.Overall 5*s faultless!
