This could a great little campground if you want to fish Lake Superior. At the start the owner seemed accommodating but ended up being extremely rude. Pay attention to the rules as you may be asked to leave if you don't follow them strictly. One of which is non campers must pay to be there to join you for dinner, whether they drive or walk in.

Stayed: August 2013

We pulled in early Friday afternoon and the bathroom had hair and old bandages on floor. Dirty sinks. That dirty old bandage and hair was still there Sunday when we left. Plus there wasn't toilet tissue as of Saturday night. And owner knew he would have full campground because the inline skating event occurred that weekend. Trees need to be cut that are dead and fire pits need replacing. Obviously the owner is taking in money but not putting anything back into property. Have to laugh because he hands you this paper about the Ten Commandments protecting him the owner what about the poor customer?
