My family and I enjoyed our experience at O'Leary's. It is a charming home and it's owners, Bonnie and Andy, are very hospitable and friendly so it feels like home. The rooms were very clean and the beds inviting and comfy. Had a private bathroom as well. The area has lots of activities for families such as biking, walking, and rafting. The town area is in walking distance if you like to check out the many shops. There is a high ropes course nearby too that my daughters enjoy. Highly recommend this B&B.

My husband and I had a lovely visit with Bonnie and Andy at O'Leary's. The house is comfortable with nice clean bathrooms in each cozy bedroom. Especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch reading my book. Peaceful, quaint and a short jog to town. A must for the people that want to get away and enjoy a lovely home in a lovely town. A new find for us was the winery. You can enjoy some wine and still walk back to O'Leary's. THUMBS UP...We will return.

at its finest! Innskeeper Bonnie and husband Andy have taken great care to create a warm and inviting respite in a beautiful early 1900s home cucooned from the outside world. Nestled in the B and B capital of Minnesota, Lanesboro offers many options for relaxing including whiling away the day on a great open porch with a good read and favorite beverage, exploring the unique shops including an old fashioned candy and toy store; an eclectic art gallery; or simply enjoying a delicious old-fashioned ice cream cone. To rev up the action, there is nearby golf, kayaking on the beautiful Root River Trail ,and bicyling throughout the gorgeous bluffs of Southeastern, MN. There are plenty of choice restaurant options in town, including an amazingly efficient trolley car diner and a Saturday morning Amish Farmers market to experience the local fare. Whatever your heart desires, Bonnie a fitness enthisiast will set you on the right path to enjoy a top-notch visit and leave you planning your next visit to O'Leary's Bed and Breakfast!

Had a great stay over the 4th of July weekend. Bonnie, the owner was a great host. The town was close enough to walk and enjoy the restaurants and shopping. We went biking and did some golfing as well. There is a golf course also within walking distance. Stayed in the Maple Leaf Room, it had a comfy king bed. Would definitely go back.

My husband and I totally enjoyed our weekend stay at O'Leary's B&'B. We wanted to unplug from the hectic normal pace of life and we thought Lanesboro would be a good place to hang out for a weekend. We were right! At O'Leary's our room was clean, pretty and comfortable. We loved the location--an easy walk to shops, restaurants, the theater, the park and the bike path. When we weren't in town or on our bikes we felt very comfortable spending time at O'Leary's. Hosts Bonnie and Andy were welcoming and easy to talk to. We look forward to the next time we can plan a stay at O'Leary's.

Room Tip: Our room on the top floor was quiet.

While making last-minute plans for a weekend in Lanesboro, we happened to check with O'Leary's shortly after there had been a cancellation. Bonnie, the proprietor, said the only opening was a room with two twin beds; we were happy to find a place to stay and booked the room. Our room was small but very sweet, immaculately clean, and decorated simply without the Victorian 'fluff' of some B&B's. There was plenty of comfortable space in the common areas of the house for sitting and reading & relaxing, and there also is a comfortable front porch. It was a great place for us to relax and enjoy some quiet time, after biking and walking. Thanks, Bonnie, for sharing your home!
