I would have given a 4 if I enjoyed my stay but infortubately not. The loction is on a steep slope where if u drive or rent a quad, braking power is essential. Its far from the nearest ATM, pharmacy, food and etc. The only good thing is perhaps we can rent a quad/car from the hotel itself. But I felt the price of the rental was abit inflated. It was twice the price in Mykonos than it was in Santorini.

The room was clean and cozy. Not too cramp nor spacious. But housekeeping was not up to standard. When they cleaned the room, they did not put a new set of bath robes. So we only had bath robes on day 1 and none for the next few days. They also did not top up the conplimentary water bottle which was just 500ml. Not that it cost alot but shouldnt hotels provide it? Especially those of higher priced? The iron is shared commodity and if we want to use everydy we had to call everyday. There is no room phone so everything goes by whatsapp. Wifi was also not as strong. Breakfast was so so. They will send to ur room. There are not much english tv channels. Infact if you are lucky, one channel will occasionally shows english languaged movies.

But the view from the room was breathtaking. Thats a plus point. Without it, I will just rate it a 2. The pool is also clean and shared by only a few rooms. Pool is 1.6m or so and beach chairs are more than enough.

The host Nadia is also quite helpful and we got what we need with her help.

Otherwise I dont think this is a "must-go" hotel but if you just want a quiet time on ur own than its fine. The ammenities are at least 4km to the nearest next town.

The hotel was beautiful, our room was spacious with a huge balcony. The view was outstanding if you like sunsets. The best part was the service, Nadia was available to take care of all our needs. We will definitely return to Cova Suites!

Due to unforeseen cirmstances our son couldn’t take this booking. After much fuss the owner agreed to change of date in off season for direct payment of a third more. A taxi is €30 each way to Mykonos Town. The property which is superb is at the top of a very steep cliff, surrounded by ongoing building work. There is nowhere within 8-10km to purchase any food or drink. The beach facilities aren’t yet open.
A car is essential, preferably 4 wheel drive and excellent brakes are essential.
The whole resort is closed down, bookings should not be taken yet!!! We had to leave straight away by taxi afternoon without any concession by the owner.

We arrived first night and there was mess up on our reservation. They put us up in the resort for the night. That resort rooms was not up to par. We were put up in the best suite they had with a view of the ocean and a view of the pool. Zac was friendly and fun. This is a small number of suites, but that is ok.

You will need a car. It is far from town and it is a trek up the hill from the beach. Very steep. But you will be rewarded with the greatest view and a lovely suite.

Located away from the craze and a remote but up & coming area for luxury hospitality.
Zack at the reception was excellent and very helpful.
He can do it all and will schedule transfer from the airport or Port to and from.
Just make sure you rent a vehicle because taxis are scarce and buses unreliable.
Great restaurants nearby at other resorts.
We booked a Junior suite for $340.00.
Lovely boutique hotel!
