Make sure you bring a can of spray. If they are not going to treat the mosquitos they should shut the park down. The time I like to use the park is in the summer.

Elm Creek Park Reserve is one of the best assets of the Northwest Metro area, with tubing and skiing in the Winter, biking, running, and walking trails, playground, swimming pond in the summer, an awesome dog park, this park is truly a gem!

We live 30 minutes away but we happily trailer our bikes and kid trailer here to bike for endless hours. The trails are fantastic, lengthy and scenic. Also would work great for running as the trails are wide. Great, safe place away from traffic for exercise! Lets not forget to mention the great play land for the kids! We have never been there but there is also a swimming pond.

This is a beautiful park with more than enough trails for biking or running. If you go during the warmer months, check out the playground. You will not be able to help yourself but to get involved, whether you are 6 or 60. It has equipment that I have never seen before. Tubing and cross country skiing in the winter is also first rate.

We visited his past summer in August. This is a great park. The playland is huge. It does get really hot in the summer so good thing they have a man made swimming pond! It was pretty clean but it gets crowded fast. You do have to buy wristbands for swimming.
