The playground is large, colorful, and has a variety of options for kids of all ages. The swimming area is wonderful in the summers too. The biking and walking trails are easily accessible and there is plenty of parking.

Absolutely awesome place to visit with kids of all ages. Park is located on the north side of Maple Grove, MN. Park offers a wide variety of activities such as a large play area with slides and rides. Great area for picnics with families and friends. Swimming area is great during the dog days of summer. Avoid very hot and humid days as the pool area tends to be very busy.

Great trails, a huge playground, swimming pond, skiing, tubing and historical site. Great family adventure if you like the outdoors. We have used the group camp site which is close to the city, but you feel a world away. The playground can be crowded, but worth the visit. Best time to visit is on a weekday in the morning. The Nature center on the north side of the park is also worth the visit. Fun hiking trails and small interactive activity center.

1000 people to a little patch of water... not so much.... there wasn't a parking space to be had Within a quarter mile... all those people in that little patch of water could not be good. Ick.
