Stayed here one night in August. Bed was very worn out! Worst mattress ever slept on. The morning we were to leave construction started at 6:20 AM.
Looking forward to sleeping in and that did not happen. Very disappointed!!

It's surprising that you didn't have a good night's sleep, as many of our guests rave about our beds. We're so sorry that we fell short, and that the outside noise was disturbing to you, but we would have been happy to move you to another room. Were you able to let us know about this during your stay?

NOT GOOD Menu for women consisted of 2 varieties of dry cold chicken strips,3 varieties of fries, hamburgers that I do not exaggerate when I say they were raw,and pizza.Dessert was carried out on trays..ran out before it reached us. The quantities may be the result of tghe the Twins not ordering enough but the quality..on the kitchen at the hotel Last year we spent the night and were not impressed especialy when deducting our gift card was a struggle.

We're sorry you weren't impressed. As you suspected, all food was prepared by request, but the quality should have been far superior than what you described. While we can assure you that we would never serve raw hamburger, we will certainly discuss your comments with our kitchen to ensure that every bite is impeccable. In the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to discuss this further. We want to make this right.

Extremely comfortable and very well maintained hotel, right in the heart of Minneapolis. Reasonable sized stylish rooms, equipped with coffee machine. A good breakfast spread with in a 4th floor restaurant. One could go out and get into any of the restaurants nearby - of varying cuisines - at a walking distance (Starbucks is actually just next door). In all, a nice hotel - but, probably on a bit expensive side (as compared to a few nearby good hotels), but, this comes with a reputation (everyone whom I spoke about before visiting MN, spoke highly about this hotel - actually - earstwhile 601 Graves Minneapolis hotel). Surprisingly, housekeeping staff (whoever I spoke with) does not understand/speak English very well...

It sounds like you had a fantastic stay, but we apologize if you had some difficulty communicating with our housekeeping staff. Was there an issue? If it wasn't resolved, please let us know. We want to show all of our guests a five-star visit!

Modern IKEA Euro vibe. Lots of natural wood and chrome in the room. Shower was very nice looking with marble tile but lacked a door or curtain and wetted the bathroom floor each morning. Breakfast for 1 was a bit pricey 20 bucks which includes a 4 dollar cup of coffee. Yes I'm on an expense account guys but geeeez!! Bottom line if you like form over function, this place is for you.

My wife and I decided to book a quick one night stay at Loews to have a night away from the kids and celebrate my 40th birthday. We wanted to stay in downtown Minneapolis and be within walking distance of fine dining and other night life. We had an awesome experience that we will remember for a lifetime!

The staff and service was exceptional, every single person we came into contact with was attentive and friendly. Special kudos to Sarah Peltier for getting us set up in the Skybox suite with a few extra goodies in the room! She also got our dinner booked at Murray's within walking distance.

The views from our suite were spectacular and immediately set the tone for the evening. Awesome views of the Twins baseball game at Target Field nearby! The decor strikes a perfect balance between feeling modern but also comfortable. Great attention to detail. Very peaceful and quiet, we felt like we had our own little corner of the city in our suite.

It's going to be hard finding satisfaction in another hotel after this experience, we definitely feel spoiled now and we can't wait to go back!!

First reception with close to 180 people where the food was excellent! Our server Junke, Josefine was fantastic. Our table didn't want for a thing.Food was served quickly, while it was hot and dishes were removed immediately. Excellent experience!

Room Tip: Get one overlooking Target Field. Fantastic view!!

My daughter and I were in town to see a concert at the Target Center and this hotel was directly across from it. I mostly made the reservation because of the location (won't have to drive anywhere after concert), but I was pleasantly surprised how clean the rooms were. I have a problem with germs and hotel rooms that aren't kept clean, but I didn't have any problem with the cleanliness of Loews. :) All the staff there were very kind to us. I will book there again if we go to another concert at the Target Center.
