Description: You’d swear this place has been around since the '40s. A bar commands the narrow room flanked by booths and tables. Servers in coats, bartenders in jackets yet with a casual air that screams welcome. American classics; juicy hand-formed burgers. Lunchtime, a carver chef slices fresh roast beef and roast turkey for sandwiches. Small plates span America’s history; supper club shrimp cocktail up-to-the-minute items as tuna tataki, fresh guacamole prepared table side, fresh spring rolls stuffed with rice noodles, shrimp and holy basil. “Big Plates”; Fillet Oscar, homemade meat loaf, pork prime rib, house smoked ribs, all can include soup, salad, bread and a basket of plastic-wrapped crackers, just like in the old days. Ike's has a serious bar, strong drinks, vintage cocktails and ice cream drinks a good selection of beers and wines by the glass. Ike's is one of downtown's favorite; retro booths, antique wood bar, with a supper-club feel.

“Ike's at the MSP Airport - Best Bet for Travelers”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

Five stars for airport food, and 3 1/2 if it was located somewhere else. Expensive (Hendrick's martini was $16.49, and a very good hamburgers was $15.40). Hamburger was served just to requested degree of cooking, and was very tasty. Good fries. Good service from knowlegeable waiter. Good selection of draft beers. A welcome respite from the slew of awful fast food places in airports.

“Good but not compelling”
Reviewed 9 November 2013

Had a business lunch at Ike's during the week. Menu was good. It is a cross between a pub and diner. Menu includes salads, huge burgers, and a carvery. I had the half turkey sandwich and cup of soup for $13. I thought the prices were a bit high but I suppose you are paying for the professional atmosphere. The staff was very good.

I would go here again if some in my party wanted to. It was a good choice. There was nothing compelling to bring me back here. There is also nothing preventing me from returning.

“Pleasant Sunday Brunch - Downtown Minneapolsi Location”
Reviewed 22 October 2013

This review is for the downtown Minneapolis Location.

We stopped by for brunch one Sunday (also served Saturdays) with a group of friends. The menu says, " starts with a gooey caramel roll as big as your head" and they are not joking. Lucking there were four of us, and we still couldn't finish it. You order a main, and then bacon, sausages, etc are brought out family style. I had the eggs benedict, which was repellant. This is a place we will try again, and are looking forward to trying their dinner menu.

“Cool spot, but limited lunch menu”
Reviewed 15 October 2013 via mobile

Wandered in on a Saturday and would return. The brunch wasn't going to hit the spot, so I tried a burger and shake. The burger was good, but a mild disappointment. The shake was excellent, though. A few more menu options at lunch would be nice.

“We Like Ike's- Good Brunch”
Reviewed 15 October 2013

We decided to try Ike's brunch after walking by and seeing one of thier Bloody Mary's. The front desk at the Graves Hotel also recommended Ike's. We were not disappointed. The Bloodies were almost a meal in themselves with all the skewers and also good and spicy. The carmel roll was delicious. The eggs were tasty and the all you can eat sides were good as well. Definately want to come back and try dinner. Good friendly service as well in a retro kind of setting. Would recommend reservations for brunch as it was getting busy by 10:30am.
