Have eaten here twice in the last six weeks. Food is authentic and tastefully prepared. Salsa, chips, and soft drinks were refilled at request...just a problem finding someone to do it. Frijoles were very runny both times, Margaritas were good...but fairly expensive for rural MN. Stopped in for lunch and they pushed the lunch buffet at $9.99, but there were few selections and what was there looked pretty picked over and greasy, so elected to select from the $6.99 luncheon special, which was good and not greasy at all. Customers pick two items from several entrees and their choice of sauces/gravies/salsas as well as meat. If the staff was a little more friendly and attentive, this could have been a perfect Mexican restaurant to have lunch or dinner.
