“Typical Asian Buffet...”
Reviewed 7 February 2014

Pretty much the same food you get at every other Asian Buffet around the metro area. Like all Asian Buffets, make sure you have a toilet available within an hour after eating...

“Don't do it!”
Reviewed 8 June 2013 via mobile

$44 for take out. Big city prices. Poor quality food!
The food was by far the worse Chinese food I have ever attempted to eat. Even the cream cheese wantons were nasty. I threw all of the food away.
Please save yourself. Do not eat here! Go to the gas station for better food.
(I don't write reviews. But I had to say something about this experience)

“OMG!! You have GOT to be kidding me. Management failure.”
Reviewed 18 February 2012

It's a Chinese Buffet.... not a great one, just average to marginal. The main courses and dinner items are not that great. The best thing on the buffet is the purchased/pre-made gallons of ice cream in the freezer case. (They are good! Our fave is the green tea - so good!) Living here in town, we try to eat there occasionally just to see if it's really as marginal as we remember - it usually is. On top of that, both the two last times we've been there the manager that barely speaks English runs our payment as a debit card, rather than a credit card. (We bank at the US Federal Credit Union, it actually IS our debit card, but must be run as credit card to go thru system.) It comes back declined. We tell him, specifically, you must hit 'Credit' to run it.... he tries it again, and makes a big scene saying it's declined, again. Finally, rather than trying to do it the right way, he starts waving his hands frantically and tells us to just leave. ??? What the heck???? We aren't the kind of people that do things like that! Just run it thru the right way, and we'll pay you! He gets louder and wavier - and draws attention from the whole restaurant. Before it can escalate any further, I write down my card number, exp date, and name (sec code) etc. on a paper and tell him to take it to run thru later if he can calm down and figure out his machine. Mortified, we end up just leaving, going straight to the bank to find out what the problem is, and the teller pulls up the transaction. We find out he never ran it thru as a credit card, despite our best efforts to get him to do it the right way. He had punched it in as a debit charge each time. (We've never had this problem anywhere else in 10 yrs of banking.) Rather than going back to try to get him to fix it, we just took out the cash to pay him and ran it back by the restaurant. What a pain in the butt! ...and so embarrassing!!! I'm glad I didn't have to go get one of my children from somewhere, or go to work... or even know any of the other people in the restaurant watching the spectacle! So, in the end, we won't be back. Marginal food, marginal English, marginal management.

“hit or miss, marginal, inexpensive”
Reviewed 17 February 2012

This place is either good or not... watch the parking lot... if the place is busy the food is good on the buffet, but not too busy because they don't refill the pans fast enough and then you end up waiting on them to bring food out. If the parking lot is empty do go.. there will either be very little food or all dried up. Sometimes it is not as hot as it could be. roughly 10$ for dinnner and drink... questionable if it is always worth it. we live here in town and have been here many times over the years and mostly it has gone downhill.
