“Best service I've had at a Hilton property”

I am a Hilton Honors member and this is by far the best Garden property I have stayed at. In terms of service it beats the premier Hilton properties I have stayed at also. Kudos to the entire staff. Rate was very reasonable and the breakfast was outstanding. I have a family of picky eaters and everyone found breakfast great.

Good evening. this will be my third week staying at this hotel over the past month. From an objective perspective (I have been on the road 49 of the past 52 weeks) Liz is the best guest facing team member I have come in contact with.

Literally, she has clairvoyance and can anticipate customers needs and wants. Two weeks ago, my colleague and I were at the bar. Liz was cooking as the regular person had injured themselves earlier in the day. We were used to the detailed service and attendance of Liz and were the first time in the care of no fewer than 3 other team members, and couldn't get a drink.

It was noteworthy that Gustavo leaned towards me and whispered that with 3 people helping out they couldn't hold a candle to Liz and that he didn't expect to get another glass of wine.

Within a minute of saying this, Liz emerged from the kitchen and withing less than 10 seconds, she had asked Gustavo if he wanted another glass and was pouring another for him.

This evening an businessman who was hosting a team of 7 or more colleagues, came up to the bar prior to leaving and remarked that her service was impeccable and he marveled at how she was able to do such a great job given that they were far away from the bar and her other customers.

I sincerely hope that this message finds its way to someone who can substantively reward Liz for her devoted service to the Hilton Brand and this specific geographic representation thereof.

I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn recently for three nights and the hotel was decently clean with friendly staff.
My only complaint was that when I went into my room and pulled the comforter before going to bed ,I found some brown long HAIR on the bed.There was hair in the bath tub as well. As I was already tired, I complained in the morning for which the manager at the front desk apologized and in turn asked if I can grab a "free snack" ??? in pantry in return for the inconveinience I had. For a business traveller , it doesn't matter anyway, so I said "No thanks".
May be I was unlucky, otherwise I found the hotel decent enough.

We stayed here with a group of 9 people for a company event. The service was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly from the bus driver to the manager everyone greeted us during our 5 day visit. Really outstanding. John the manager was extremely accomodating and made sure the guests feel at home. He would always ask us at the end of our day, how did our day go..how was the company doing. One of the few places that cares about guests. WE got two bottles of water. Small gestures like that and the friendly staff make this a top notch hotel for the area

Normally our company has only allowed us to stay at two hotels in Stillwater, closer the company; we recently have been allowed to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oakdale. At check-in I was felt welcomed and the process was quick (including two bottles of water and chocolate chip cookies are always available).
My room was clean and well made up; the second day I was in, I came back to a letter from the manager and an assortments of snacks plus two bottles of water every morning were left for me.
For breakfast (you get vouchers for it) it's a good standard breakfast, with semi-served drinks (she gets busy); they do have a great assortment of fruit, and their waffle mix tasted better than others I've had.
On one of the mornings there was no hot water, it was barely coming in luke warm, after calling down and being told they would send someone to check on it, the continuously apologised and within 10 minutes it was back and running; I received an email apologising for the incident and had a letter left for me in my room. They handled the situations very well, I understood that things like this happen and it's all about how the hotel handles it. This definitely is one of the better Hilton Gardens!

We stayed here for a recent family wedding and enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wish they had served lunch, but it's a lot to ask for this type of place. It was the nicest experince we've had out of a hotel of this rating in a very long time.

I was able to get an early check-in and had breakfast right after checking in. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. I like the cookies in the afternoon/evening.
