We love to go to Mongo's Grill for some healthy dining. You have several options but we skip the salad bar (extra). You can take a bowl and fill it heaping with assorted veggies, meats, seafood, noodles and sauces. Then you take it to the giant grill where you can watch the staff stir-fry your food. You can add rice, an egg and/or have your food placed in a wrap. Everything is fresh and well-stocked.
My sister is a strict vegetarian and the staff was very willing to scrape down the grill before putting her food on. Very much appreciated.
