Away from the crowds of tourists in Tangalooma this place is also great value for money and an excellent base for exploring and island adventures. The beach is under 5 minutes walk away and is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Though no waves for surfing. Pods of dolphins come up very close to the beach near the fishermen.
The glamping tents are great - though not sure how they will age as they were brand new when we visited - but there are real beds and hot showers and a convenient camp kitchen with fridges. There was a Brahmini Kite nesting just near our tent which was great. Bush-stone Curlews cracked us up with their freezing and weirdness.More
