Considering that we were there on a Thursday afternoon and still waited 15 minutes to be seated, I can't imagine what it must be like on a weekend. Food is excellent. We each ordered the lunch special consisting of a half-sandwich, soup, and pie. Sandwiches were above average, soup (chicken & wild rice) was outstanding, and the pie was delicious. Like I said, a great place to stop, but be prepared to wait, especially on the weekend.
