Stopped in for a hot lunch while visiting Waseca on a Saturday, and checking out the antique stores. We were given a table in an empty dining room that had no heat, except for a small space heater. It was truly cold. The owner and waitress apologized and turned the space heater on, but by the time we were served our food and paid our bill, the large room was no warmer.
The restrooms were clean with natural light as well as electric lights.
Our food was good, generous portions and the waitress checked back several times. My spouse had a burrito with seasoned, shredded beef that he really loved. I had a chicken and beef enchilada which was also very good. However, we put our coats back on within a few minutes of arriving. I am sure they get a bigger lunch crowd during the week, as opposed to the weekends, but heating the restaurant really is necessary to be able to relax and sit and enjoy a meal.
