We have eaten at this restaurant a number of times in the past and found it very good. We have not gone there in a year and I am sad to report the quality of their food has gone down compared to what we used to get here. I had a grilled pork tenderloin and the presentation was fine. It came in a mustard herb spatzel sautéed with bacon, roasted beets, summer squash, spinach, herb carrot puree. I don't know what happened but the taste was very flat...everything tasted like the chef used no spices. I had my wife sample it and she agreed. She had lamb sliders that were too large and quite dry. Our guests had the same impression...New Cook? Ran out of spices? At least the bucket of fries were excellent. I hope they get their act together as it used to be excellent. We will try again in a year. (by the way the spell checker in this program seems to dislike German noodles! I had to try three times not to get "special".)
