My family and I have always liked dining at Signatures Restaurant. The food is usually very good and we can try different interesting things on the menu. Lately, I have to say that the restaurant has upped its game even more. We like the opportunity to try various meats, vegetables, and ingredients grown locally. Signatures highlights local growers as much as it can. The chef makes every effort to make sure that the dishes are tasty without being overpowering. The presentation is always delightful, the wait staff is very attentive, and the view is gorgeous. If you like to try different menu items that are within the comfort zone of many diners, and if you like to support local growers, this restaurant fits the bill. Speaking of bill - it's not cheap but certainly worth it. And if you go, make sure you check out all the autographed musical instruments and memorabilia throughout the restaurant. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the names associated with the displayed items.
