To start, Taranto's Crawfish is definately off on the beaten path. At lunch time, it is packed with all of the locals, which is a great sign for any great resturaunt. It has a unique atmosphere, enjoyable if you like sitting close to some very friendly southern gentlemen. Now for the best part, the food. The gumbo is to die for (good thing they sell it by the gallon!) The poboys are also out of this world! An ice cold glass of sweet tea or beer tops off this incredible dive. You know the crawfish is fresh when they sell it live by the pound!
