“OUTSTANDING INTERESTING HOTEL”
Reviewed 2 November 2011

Hard Rock Biloxi was a Very Cool place to be. I did not stay or eat there, but I did gamble and walk around a lot. The outside has a huge, must be 50' high neon guitar which is cool to see nite or day. The inside, like other Hard Rocks, has memorabilia from popular US musicians and bands. Very interesting to view and read about the items. I am a neon nut and the lites inside were excellent and inticing. I did gamble a bit there too. It is right next door to the lead Biloxi property the "Beau Rivage". Short walkable distance. If you are going too see all the Biloxi casinos buy the $5 all you want to ride day passes sold on the Trolley shuttles. Well worth the pricer and saves you gas and driving and valet tips, etc. I see no room for improvement for this casino.

My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at the Hard Rock for 3 nights and really enjoyed ourselves! Everyone was very friendly and attentive from the front desk staff to the casino bartenders. Actually the only time we felt slighted was when a female bartender at the pool spent so much time chatting with friends that my husband had to move to the other side of the bar to catch her eye to get waited on. The other pool bartenders were more attentive and even came around to the lounge chairs to see if you needed a refill. Very accomodating! We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe several times and always had good food and great service. We also walked down the street for one dinner at the Half Shell Oyster House and it was great as well (I'll review that next!) We didn't take advantage of the other restaurants but the 24/7 Grille looked busy as well as the buffet, and it was nice to have the option of Ben & Jerrys and Starbucks.

The parking is free and we self-parked in the ramp. It's a bit of a hike to the rooms which we expected but we also had to take our dogs through the lobby to get to the elevators to our room each time. A few people were put off by our two terriers but most people were great about it (fortunately our dogs are pretty well trained and walk right beside us). We love that it's pet friendly and that we could stay with both dogs because some hotels have a one dog per room rule. The pet fee is $75.00 and is for the entire stay. We took our dogs with us every morning while we were out and about and crated them in the afternoon when we were poolside and/or in the casino. The rooms were clean and well appointed although a small refrigerator in addition to the mini bar would have been nice. We also had a wonderful view of the gulf and the pool area.

All in all we enjoyed our stay and we will stay here again the next time we come to Biloxi, especially if we bring our dogs!

We love our ROCK STAR K9’s! Thanks for the Great review! Here at the Hard Rock Biloxi we “love all, serve all” and understand that pets are an extension of the family. I will communicate the pool issue to our VP of F&B. Thanks for taking time to be kind. ROCK ON!

I love this place! My husband and I have stayed at the Hard Rock twice and visited the casino lots of times. It is such an enjoyable atmosphere and the staff is extremely friendly. We love staying in nice hotels and this is one of the best. It is a very laid back chic place to stay. We love the huge 3 headed shower, the background music of our choice, the comfortable beds, and great view. There is a good variety of dining choices with the Hard Rock Cafe, Ben and Jerry's, 24/7 Grille, Satifaction Buffet, and several other options. Our favorite place to eat is the 24/7 Grille where the portions are huge. The best meal we had was the middle of the night once when we forgot to eat at dinnertime. We had breakfast and it was wonderful. The gaming is off course, top notch. The comps are generous and even the free entertainment at the Center Bar is great. I could go on forever about how great this hotel and casino is.

Room Tip: If you are a gamer, you must take advantage of the generous comps. We get offers every month and ma...

Just returned from the Hard Rock Biloxi for the most incredible weekend!!! From the moment of our arrival, my friends and I were impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, our room was great and the casino dynamic. The slots hosts and craps dealers were very helpful (especially Jimmy on the craps table and Meghan in the VIP services). We attended the David Cassidy concert and he rocked the house. Even the security guards in the theater were amazing. Thank you HARD ROCK for the trip of a lifetime! We will be back.

I posted my pre-trip report in the wrong forum and have reprinted it here for anyone who would like to read it:

Two girlfriends and I are traveling to Biloxi this weekend to celebrate the fourth anniversary of my survival of a ruptured brain aneurysm. So often, booking a trip is a major headache. However, the staff of the HARD ROCK hotel and casino have been superlative. Every person I have spoken with has been courteous, helpful, attentive and personable. If our stay is a fraction as pleasant and enjoyable as the planning we are in for a great time!!! I will report back after the weekend. Thank you HARD ROCK!!!

Stayed at the Hard Rock for 3 nights and couldn't be more pleased. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the Gulf and was perfect for morning coffee and eggs benedict and again for evening nightcaps. Room Service was outstanding....not one problem. The wood furniture in the bedroom was slightly worn but the living room was fabulous and plush. The bar had a granite countertop and fridge with wine and martini glasses as well as coffee mugs and coffeemaker. The master bathroom was right out of the movies with bathrobes, a zillion towels, deep jacuzzi tub, gigantic shower, flat screen TV, and large closeted commode which is something you don't find everyday. The only thing it was missing was a bidet but then how many hotels in the US have them? I can tell you that the King bed was superior and there was a huge flat screen TV opposite it as well as another in the living room. Special music which I selected was playing when we entered the room and the bedroom TV had a personalized welcome sign displayed for us. The staff at the check in counter were very efficient and friendly. There was no special security staff or keys that only allowed you to take the elevator to your own floor but there was a security guard just outside the elevator area to check on the casino patrons as they entered and left. I'm sure he was keeping a sharp eye on the elevators when he could do so. We know there were cameras everywhere as well. The casino was great and had enough slots to keep us busy and we actually won on many of them. The Roulette tables had a pretty high minimum bet ($10) which should be re-thought by management since the other casinos in the close vicinity were much lower. There were more than enough gaming tables and plenty to spare if the demand was there. Beverage service was excellent and the waitstaff loaded with personality. We goofed up by not listening well enough to the Players Club agent because we didn't swipe our cards at the Kiosk at the beginning of our stay so we lost out on triple or more points. We had the most romantic and enjoyable dinner at Ruth's Chris restaurant .....we're beef people and they cooked our filet mignon's to perfection. We selected the special offer of having the entire three course meal ( only certain selections ) for $49.50 each which was well under what it would have cost to have it all a la carte. It's a worthwhile choice to make. Our waitress, Michelle, was genuinely friendly, and efficient and knew when to approach and when not to....truly professional. Our encounters with everyone at the Hard Rock were totally enjoyable and Adrian Long and Kevin Kostmayer need to know that we had a Romantic, Rocking, Good Time!

Room Tip: The view of the Gulf is fabulous.

Went for a quick mid-week get-away....can't wait to do it again. The suite we stayed in was absolutely amazing. We felt totally pampered with the service we received....everyone was helpful and very attentive. Relaxed by the pool....cabana service was wonderful. Ruth's Chris served the perfect steaks, as always. Gambled the night away in the casino, listening to great music. I will definitely schedule a few days soon.
