The house is fantastic and Billy was great! The cottage we stayed in was also very nice with a great porch and just a nice place, all around. The location is also great, walking distance to downtown eateries and of course, the Blues. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Billy!

I traveled to Clarksdale, MS with a group of pro bono law students during their "alternative spring break." After long, exhausting work days, the Clark House was the perfect respite for our group. Billy helped us make ourselves right at home, where we had plenty of beautiful space to work, lovely porches to relax on, and pots of strong coffee to sustain us. Our trip was truly a memorable experience, made all the more delightful by Billy and the care he heaps upon his guests.

An incredible find! Luxurious and still cozy with very reasonable prices. Each room is beautifully decorated and private. The beds are not only gorgeous pieces of furniture they are extremely comfortable with high quality linens. The private baths in the rooms were an unexpected treat. The entire house was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was a wonderful assortment of fresh fruits, cereals, breads and good coffee. Much more than I expected for a continental breakfast. Billy greeted us with such warmth and hospitality we felt as if we had arrived home. Our experience at Clark House actually made us change our plans and extend our stay. I have traveled all over the US and many other countries and this was one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Small B&B Hidden in Clarksdale Mississippi.Historic house, elegant rooms and furniture. Invisible Host. Billy. He lives in the town and he came gave us keys to room and house.Told us about the house history and small map of area with good places to eat and where to find the best live music.Guests have use of all the elegant reseption rooms.Breakfast was laid out in kitchen to help yourself and eat in the grand dining room. Clarksdale was once a thriving town but industry has left leaving to town with an neglected feel. Great music at "Ground Zero" at club just a few mins.walk away.Never to be forgoten talented musical people of all ages. Also Blues Museum.

We stayed just one night as part of a larger honeymoon trip en route to New Orleans, and Billy made our stay wonderful. Thanks so much. If you are in Clarksdale for any reason, this is the place to stay.
