The "Kitchen" has been around for a long time, and the simple reason is because it's just great food!
Owned by the same family, this restaurant is entering it's 50th year in the business. Not your typical Mexican restaurant, this is REAL Mexican food. Not mass produced food, food smothered in cheese (unless you ask for that), or a large menu selection, it doesn't look like it would be a popular place, but it is.
The chips are actually broken taco shells, not nachos, and the salsa is a homemade hot sauce that is not for everyone. Domestic beer is available in bottles, but get the ice cold mug that almost freezes the beer.
