“Nice Stay”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

We were traveling from Arkansas to Florida and stayed here with our whole family. There were 9 of us in 3 rooms. The man that checked us in was very nice. The rooms have been remodeled (stayed here in 2012) and were very nice and clean. We did not eat the breakfast that is provided so I can't comment on that. I will stay here if we make this trip to Florida again. Nice Stay!

Room was nice...trying very well to meet choice hotel standards.
Not sure if it was a positive or negative but the hotel was hard to see from the road. Use your GPS to help find it on the access road.
The only negative was the very sparse continental breakfast, coffee muffins, and cereal.

We booked online. Room request was honored for non smoking. Beds were decent but could tell linens were fluffed not changed! The little lady at the desk spoke little to no English. Maybe I'm silly but that could be a safety issue someday! When businesses are dealing with the public and their dollars, there should be a bilingual employee available to assist should the need arise! The breakfast was a disappointment with the meager offerings and watered down juice and small coffee cups...We made a beeline to the nearest Mickey D's. There was renovation going on, perhaps breakfast will be renovated as well....These are my humble opinions.

My room was pretty good -- spacious, comfortable, mostly clean, and with newer furniture. I had a good sleep. The staff was not very friendly or helpful--at check in the clerk carried on a phone conversation in a foreign language, and did not seem interested in doing anything other than taking my money. The parking lot is cramped, and on my visit half of it was taken up with big tractor trucks. The trucking company must have a corporate account. The free breakfast was nothing worth hanging around for. The biggest problem with this hotel, however, is its location. It is difficult to find, especially in the dark, and is in a seedy-looking industrial area among equipment rental and truck tire businesses. There are no restaurants within several miles, so eat before you arrive.

The beds were clean and comfortable however the rest of the room was left me wondering if it was safe to touch anything. Carpets were dirty and bathroom/furniture showed lots of wear. Wallpaper was peeling. The complimentary breakfast was a sad choice of dried pastries and stale cereal.

The staff cannot communicate in English. The room had a horrible smell to it, peeling wallpaper, mold covered the ceiling in the bathroom, smoke alarm hung from the ceiling by a wire. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Having read previous Trip Advisor reviews, we stayed here and apparently we chose a better day and room than some reviewers. Following the eye level signs provided at the exit made it easy to get to the hotel which is very near a large John Deere heavy equipment location.
We stayed in an accessible room, so the bathroom had been recently redone and was quite good. To be truly accessible, a hand held shower wand should have been provided. The rest of the room was adequate for a two star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast offerings were few but acceptable and the area was neat and cared for. In all a value considering the low cost.
