“Unexpected quality for a soup & sandwich joint”
Reviewed 13 August 2013

Recommended by the desk clerk at our hotel located close by - it was 9pm on a Thursday evening and we did not feel up to a sit down dinner anywhere. The employees here are very, very nice and fun. Sandwiches and soup were both great.

“Good deli food and fast and friendly service”
Reviewed 2 July 2013

If you are in Ridgeland and looking for a good deli meal this is the place. The potato soup is some of the best around and is almost worth a stop just for that.

“A more pricey McAllister's”
Reviewed 7 May 2013

I don't like to write bad reviews, so I'll just say that Sweet Peppers is a more pricey McAllister's. They have the same basic menu as McAllister's, but the food isn't as good. My kids don't even like the food, and they will eat anything! But seriously, the restaurant is one of the only ones at The Renaissance that doesn't stay packed, so it's ok to go to for a quick bite b/t shopping or for a soda.

“Wish we had one where we live”

Prefer this place to Panera Bread; quick place for lunch, diner, with good salads, sandwiches and daily specials.

“Good Food Selections”
Reviewed 8 April 2013

I have had quite a few different meals here, all of them have been good. Nice service, nice atmosphere as well. I saw only one thing that I didn't like. The guy that was bringing the food out to tables was also sweeping the restaurant, he didn't stop to wash his hands between the two tasks. I found that to be a little nasty. Other than that it was fine.
