My husband travels with his job, so when I go, the dog goes. Drury inn is superior when it comes to traveling with pets! This location is very clean, wonderful service and great food. How nice to not have to leave your hotel after traveling all day. This location is very convenient , and located next to a very nice shopping center and several restaurants, if you need to go grab something. We ran out of dog food, our dog has allergies and eats a special food, how wonderful that a pet smart is right next to the hotel!
This was also very family friendly, lots of families with children of all ages.

Room Tip: Not a bad one, more than one elevator, so anywhere is good.

Did not expect to stay here. It was about twenty minutes from our meeting place, so not the best location. Also I prefer Hilton or Marriott chains. But hey nice enough. Not much on the way of bath room stuff. Dispensers in the shower and a lone bar of soap at the sink. Comfortable bed, quiet. Okay breakfast bar, at least waffles. Coffee has caffeine but nothing to send you for a second cup. Use the Starbucks app or if you are technology challenged go to the small Starbucks south on 55 at the E Northside Drive exit. There is one closer but it is inside a Target and not open til later.

We have actually stayed at this Drury Inn many times over the past ten years, and it has always been great: clean, hospitable, yummy breakfast and evening snacks, enjoyable pool and spa. And now they've completely renovated the rooms with new beds, furniture, linens, carpet, tile - the works. We've stayed at hotels costing twice as much that weren't this nice.

Room Tip: We've stayed in many different rooms - they're all good. The back elevator goes down right...

We had very high expectations of the Drury Inn & Suites ...have stayed at this hotel in another city and were pleased, but the Jackson location didnt make the cut. We arrived at 6:30 PM, took our luggage up to the room and came downstairs to eat at 6:45 PM bearing in mind that the eatery closed at 7PM. Two out of the four of us went thru the buffet and the staff came right behind us and removed the food. We asked if they could just give the other two in our party a chance to grab something (they were getting beverages right then), which they did but it was clearly stated that they are only open till 7. We clearly retorted that it wasn't 7PM yet. So they waited.....
Next issue was the sheets....they didn't fit the mattress properly and I got up three times in the nite to put the corners back on. So much for a restful sleep!
This was the most expensive hotel in our whole trip and the most disappointing!

The suites in this hotel are spacious and the extra large suites feel like mini apartments. The hotel is not a 4 or 5 star, but the large spaces, clean bedding, breakfast and cocktail hour made it a good choice for a stay with a child.

Our first suite had black mold in the window, which had me very concerned. However, I was quickly moved to a room with no such problem. I travel with Clorox wipes and immediately wiped everything down and covered the couch with a sheet as we have a young child. From that point forward I was able to enjoy our very spacious suite.

If you are looking for nice soaps and a toiletry kit, this is not the hotel for you. However, if you want 2 rooms, free wifi and a nice king size bed, it is very reasonably priced. Bring Clorox wipes and enjoy the space!!

Stayed in this Drury Inn becaus of its location close to the Interstate. We have ound that since we were travling with a small dog that this chain is VERY pet friendly. If you eat the hot dinner meal and the breakfast a couole can save close to $40.00 a day. This makes Drury Inn and very good deal.
The Ridgeland hotel was clean, quite, with friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great hot breakfast and to top it off they have s hot evening meal...including an alcoholic beverage for of age guests. Pool is nice decent work out room. I didnt see it but they have a banquet/conference room. Join their rewards club!
