This was a sleep and go visit. As motels go, this one has even less to recommend it than most, other than the convenient location for travellers of the Sydney red-eye that departs Adelaide at 6am. At $140 plus an $11 pick-up and $3 shuttle charge, there is better value elsewhere in the city. The creaking bed is nevertheless comfortable. There is a spa bath and TV in the bedroom and shower in the bathroom. The hand towels masquerade as bath towels and soap is dispensed, although a small piece of solid is available. A kettle, cheap instant coffee and tea bags make up the accessories. There is nowhere to place one’s suitcase except the floor and the Wi-Fi is not free. Understandably, the venue is a busy main road and traffic noise is inevitable.

Breakfast packs were advertised, but not offered on departure – can’t say whether they are included in the rate or not. The rooms are up a flight of stairs and there is no elevator or porter to assist with baggage. The shuttle was punctual both on arrival and departure. Despite a prepaid booking the reception demanded a credit card or $200 deposit for potential damages. Both were refused. Check-out was prompt and efficient. All in all it is not a keeper for me, unless I’m really desperate - something I will work hard to avoid.

We only stayed here as we had an early flight to catch in the morning. We arrived quite late so literally checked in and slept. The room was ok and there is a cheap shuttle to the airport if you dont want to walk.

I stayed here twice for one night as transit to work. The hotel is very close to the airport, you can take a 15-20 min walk from the terminal. The airport fronts a main dual-road cutting east-west across Adelaide. The main restaurant and reception is on the front. Checking in was OK, if a little disorganised, but friendly enough. The rooms are either along the front of the hotel or on a wing around the side. The deluxe rooms (with the spas next to the bed!) are situated along the front building. Rooms have everything you want (bed, TV, separate bathroom), décor is a little tired looking and basic. You have to pay for internet. Also ordered room service (make sure you pre-order food over the phone if you are arriving after 9.00pm) and was satisfactory, nothing special. The hotel offers a wake-up call and transport service to the airport (every 30 mins). I did not use any other facilities.
Overall, I would have given this hotel an average rating, if it wasn't for 2 major issues. firstly, the noise from the main road comes straight through the windows, the hotel desperately needs to put double glazing in. Strongly recommend ear plugs. Secondly, vastly over priced for what it is, however, you are paying for proximity to Airport (and there are no other hotels this close). Keep in mind, Adelaide airport is only 15 mins drive from the city centre and you have a much better, cheaper choice in hotels there. A positive - Friendly staff.

Had to stay overnight here on Good Friday. Had an early flight next morning. Wouldn't have done it if our usual place the Adelaide Shores didn't require it's 3 night minimum being Easter & all this couldn't be helped I'm afraid. I had read that they had done the place up since our last stay. Last time it was wowful to say the least. I asked for a room as far away from the main road as possible so they gave us room 17 which was probably far enough away. But still noisy & fluro lights beaming in through the curtains all night made for a broken nights sleep. We had a beaut meal in the restaurant but they were so slow & we were the only ones in the restaurant. The staff have changed for the better now & they were very helpful & couteious. They had painted the place nicely & linen etc was nice & clean. Shuttle bus was excellent for only $3 a head & they collected us after a quick phone call. But for $160 we thought it was over priced for an old dated motel. Would only stay here if I really had to, & we really had to.

We stayed over night to catch an early flight. The pick up was prompt and reasonably priced at $3. They had ice cold beer at eye height at the front counter, a good move for a parched traveller. Check in was quick and the rooms were although a bit on the small side, were very clean and comfortable. We didn't go there for a holiday or for fine dining, but the place did what it was supposed to do. Will go there again if the need arises.

stayed here on a 45 deg day, room upstairs corridor's not air-conditioned, room clean but celing fan didn't work properly, air conditioning took 11/2 hours to cool the room down we put water in the fridge and it was just cold in the morning, for the $200.00 per night I wouldn't stay again.
we asked front desk for fresh milk as we don't use UHT milk but they didn't have any. the only up side was the staff were friendly and the shuttle bus to the airport was great value at $3.00

i stayed there for one night, as i arrived adelaide at 21.00 and left at 04.30
The room was OK, bed was very good, clean and comfort, bathroom was good and clean but not the best i have seen.
For one night that i stayed there, it was ok. Unfortunately, i had to pay 3 AUD for the wake up call, althouth i had to pay 135 AUD for the room. That was too much either for the service or for the price of the room itself!
yet, it was next to the airport so there was no need to wake up earlier, search for taxies and lose time. The staff was nice too...

A lower price would be much better, all the rest were OK for one night....

This Motel does not and never has charged for wake-up calls. The guest booked a shuttle to the Airport at a cost of $3.
