Had a nice stay here. The room was larger than expected and included a hideaway sleeper couch. Almost nothing but chain restaurants surround the hotel. Good pillows and water pressure. Free coffee in the lobby 24/7.

When we first walked into our room all of our drawers were pulled out and there were no large bath towels. We thought that was odd, but got over it quickly. The real kicker was when we went to pull down our bed at night and found hair all over the top of the sheets (and it clearly DID NOT belong to us). When I called down to the desk, they were very friendly but stated that they could not move us because they were full AND I had to come down and get sheets myself and make my own bed because she was there alone. So, we made our own bed and found more random hairs on the mattress pad. The desk clerk wrote a note to the manager about possibly giving us a credit on our bill or additional rewards points or something--but when we got our bill there was no credits, no extra reward points, nothing....just the memories of other peoples hair on our bed and a terrilbe nights sleep.

We had a.meeting in this hotel. The sales staff were GREAT to work with from start to finish. The kitchen staff were attentive and so great to work with and the front desk staff was great. The rooms were roomy and beds comfortable. But we did have one problem. On our second night, I was arranging the covers on the bed and notice old blood ( not ours) on the blanket. Yuk! Removed bed covers and fell asleep. Got cold in the night and looked for other linens in closet-- none, so took hot shower to warm up ( about 3 am). Difficult to get water hot enough, but finally did. Be careful because the bottom of tub slick) We did then find additional blankets in a dresser, so was able to getback to sleep. The breakfast ladies were great. Friendly and food was good. They haven' t gone to the bistro yet which is great-- free buffet. When I checked out, I told the front desk worker about the blood and he told me, if I had called they would have come to help us, but did we enjoy the breakfast? Hmmmm satisfaction guarantee?

My family of 4 stayed here while road tripping through the South. Very close to Memphis, easy drive to Graceland and Beale St. The room was a little small (king bed with pullout couch) but staff was nice and hotel was comfortable.

Stayed here again on points before a week in Memphis. The staff is really friendly and nice. Room was standard room. The hotel no longer provides free breakfast on the government rate, except for Navy personnel. But, the lady at check in comped me as a return Platinum level member.

Pool was crowded and hottub always full.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the interstate.
