We were returning from our Texas vacation, and had planned on stopping in Tunica for the evening. Previous reviews of the Microtel seemed ok. Ended up we made it to hotel just in time, because all of the roads in the area of full of ice. Anyways, we had no major issues with the hotel, except for our bed comfortable smelled. But the location of the hotel is excellent, as it sits on the other side of the hill, very near the casinos. I also remember the young desk clerk was very friendly (he was a college student I believe). After I inquired about my rate, he switched my rate to the government price, as I forgot to do so. So that was very nice of him. I forgot I didn't leave a review in December, so that's why I'm leaving one today.
