My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for one night when we attended a wedding in the area, I only wish we could have stayed longer! From the moment we arrived we were treated like friends. We stay in a lot of corporate hotels and rarely stay in guest houses, but I have to say, the accommodation, food and welcome we received was better than any hotel I have stayed in and it has really opened my eyes to the world of B&B, although I think I would need to seek far and wide to find the kind of service provided at Rezare! Colin and Mike are the nicest hosts you could wish to meet and have created a warm, peaceful and comfortable environment. They were even kind enough to drop us to the church for our wedding! Unfortunately we live too close to make this a regular stop, but we would love to stay there again one day.

what a delightful place to stay.....inside and out....the house, the garden, the views and, of course, colin , mike (and monty too). i dont get away much so a bit nervous of unknown places but as soon as i was welcomed and coffee kindly made it was like a peaceful calm was wrapped around me...unfortunately mine was only a short stay and i really wanted to stay longer. the room and en suite was delightful with stunning views. breakfast was delicious and i had beautiful views of the birds on the bird table surrounded by a pretty cottage garden with the cornish hills in the background. it may be a while before i get to go back but this is the place i will be going back to. thank you for your care, thoughtfulness of your room (hand cream, smellies and yummy homemade biscuits) and the excellent value for money!

I arrived on Friday afternoon and was welcomed by Mike offered a drink and delicious slice of homemade cake
I was shown to my room - a delightful twin en-suite bedroom with views across the village and to the rolling hills beyond. The beds were covered in hand made quilts and rather than duvets had beautifully soft sheets and blankets made from Cornish wool
There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a tin of homemade biscuits
The room was tastefully furnished in a traditonal style in keeping with the old farmhouse - it was warm and comfortable with a TV and radio - I felt immediately at home and relaxed
I'd taken my dog Ollie with me and he was warmly welcomed too and soon settled in!
Dinner was delicious - a tasty pasta dish with salad and garlic bread followed by melt in the mouth Bakewell Tart, then coffee and chocolates
My night was very restful and the peace and quiet was like being in another world
Breakfast was just tops - again all homemade and locally sourced - a compote and yoghurt to die for - and so tasty English Breakfast followed by homemade toast and preserves
Mike had even wrappped me up another piece of cake for my onward journey!
I reluctantly packed up and said my goodbyes - having had my best B&B stay ever!
Before leaving the village I took my dog on a walk and enjoyed the rolling hills and views and met some friendly locals, before driving off back to England!
I will be back -

Room Tip: I only saw on room and it was at the front - but I would imagine all are lovely and quiet

My partner and I have just spent 3 nights here and all we can say is Colin & Mike are " Simply the Best " hosts one could ever wish to meet. From the instant we arrived the warm and friendly greeting and the top notch hospitality started. We were made to feel like the house was our own from the moment we stepped through the door. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is immaculate and the quality of the bedding can only be compared with The Waldorf Astoria in NY ! We can't say enough about our stay as it was truly an exceptional experience, one which we will definitely be doing again. Thank you Colin & Michael.

What a truly fantastic B&B this is. If we'd had any idea our time here would be as blissful we'd have booked in for a few more nights. Anthony & Nanette are unbelievably welcoming & accommodating. The circa 1600 farmhouse is beautiful. Their attention to detail is so impressive.

We left them to travel to a B&B in the Penzance area in what is advertised to be a similar environment but sadly we were extremely disappointed with the second farmhouse B&B and spent the evening there wishing we were back at Rezare!

We stayed at the Rezare Farmhouse B & B for one night d during a recent trip in the West Country. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Nanette and Anthony were wonderful hosts and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, and attentive to all our needs. The circa 1600 farmhouse was beautifully restored and well appointed. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast options were the most extensive we had ever seen. It was a wonderful, peaceful location and our stay there was a highlight of our trip.

How glad I was to have found such a wonderful B & B. The welcome was great with tea and home made cake in the garden. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. Best of all was the choice and quality of breakfast much of which is home produced and locally sourced. I have no hesitation in recommending to all.
