“Quiet and Convenient”

We took advantage of the Park and Fly rate as we were going on an extended vacation and needed a safe place to leave our vehicle. They have 24 hour security guards and our interactions were with the gentleman who worked overnights full-time. He was very friendly and professional. Check-in went fine and the room was clean. We arrived late the evening before and arranged with the front desk for a 4:15am ride to the airport the next morning. It was a little unsettling to come down and not see a shuttle or the driver. The overnight desk clerk didn't seem too friendly and couldn't seem to tell us where the driver was and said not to worry that he would be at the hotel shortly. This seemed strange because we had already scheduled the pick-up the night before and did get worried because we were flying out of the country and we couldn't get any information. Thankfully after 10 minutes had passed the driver showed up and we were taken to the airport with no problems. Upon our return 10 days later we used the airport courtesty phone around 10:30pm and called the hotel for a pick-up. Everything went smoothly and we didn't wait more than 6-7 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

Though it was in a remote location without anything around it...they made up for it with the professionalism of the employees and their willingness to go the extra mile. The early morning manager even went so far as to pay for my taxi to the airport! It is amazingly clean and well maintained. Will be back for my next trip to St. Louis.

It's funny how this hotel is by themselves. It is right off the freeway, and a ways from the airport, but it is in it's own little basin surrounded but (literally) nothing. There is a pond, where it seemed some locals were fishing, just below it, but that is about it.

The hotel itself, though, was exceptionally clean and the rooms very nice. One kind of odd thing was the ceilings in the room were unusually high. You could actually hear a slight echo because of the height. The beds had sleep number mattresses which seemed interesting but, to be honest, I couldn't really tell the difference when adjusting it. That said, they were very comfortable though.

The staff, also, were terrific and friendly. Literally, everyone we came in contact with was genuinely pleasant and helpful. The shuttle drivers were especially helpful and friendly. One of them even took us to our car rental pickup the next morning. He also gave us tips on where to eat and where to drive (the 70, apparently, is a speedtrap).

One thing to remember, since it is all alone, is there are no adjacent restaurants. There is one in the hotel, but it seemed a tad steep. So you may have to drive a bit to find a different place if you want to (Natural Bridge Road has a bunch).

Very convenient location to the airport; excellent accomodations; staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel General Manager Mohammed Kashif literally went the "extra mile" personally driving me to Busch Stadium when I'd messed up by forgotting my ticket. True, he's a huge Cardinal fan but his kindness was unexpected but greatly appreciated. We will stay here again.

We were looking for a hotel that included breakfast, free parking, a pool, free wi-fi, and good for a family budget. We stayed there for 4 nights while sight seeing St. Louis. It's about 10 min drive from airport. We never heard planes. We never heard traffic. My dad stayed here also for 2 nights. He is a Hilton honors member and really liked the hotel. The hotel is 3 years new on the out and inside. We had some minor housekeeping issues. When brought up to staff - taken care of right away. The rooms, bathrooms, common areas were clean. A full buffet breakfast with made to order pancakes and omelettes was great! To pay for separately- $11.95 per person. the hotel does offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in case you can't drive. There is also a pantry with all kinds of snacks. The kitchen staff and wait staff, desk and housekeeping staff and security were so nice and friendly- Kim in the restaurant and Justin at the front desk and many others! And really the best thing I have to say about this hotel- is the staff! They are so nice, engaging and always treated us with kindness. The cookies in the evening were a nice touch.
It was a little loud on Saturday night but quieted down by 11;00 p.m. On 3 of the 4 nights we had the pool to ourselves. The pool is small and more than 10 in the pool is about the limit.
The hotel is really out in the middle of no where. There is a Walgreens about a mile away through a residential neighborhood. It is a good 20 minute walk to get to the Metrolink Station. I would not want to walk there alone. We chose to drive downtown since the charge one way for the Metrolink was $2.50. Parking at the Arch was included when ordered on line and only $6.00 for 9 hours otherwise. And apparently on game nights Metrolink can be crowded and take about 40 minutes to get downtown. This location is ideal if you have a car and are sight seeing. We got downtown to the Arch in 20 minutes, 20 minutes to the Science Center/Zoo/ Mall. I also think its ideal for business travelers who want to be somewhere a little quiet and treated well. My family and I will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: first floor away from pool and fitness center, back side of the hotel is more quiet than front.

This is a really nice hotel. It looks fairly new. It is modern and super clean. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable with nice linens. Bathroom has a nice shower. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It's kinda located away from things, but within driving distance. The price for what you get is GREAT! We stayed at one in Springfield, IL for higher and not near as nice. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
