The employees of this hotel makes it a great place to stay. They treat you like family and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are comfortable. I attended a family event at the hotel and everything went well. It was a beautiful evening thanks to the staff, who went well above and beyond for us.

When checking in we were told that breakfast was included with room. When we go to eat breakfast next morning they ask if we have voucher & told them no. We received them the next night. Our bathroom had hair on tub, door, & toilet. They had to send someone to clean it. Our camera was stolen out of our room during our stay. When we realized it was when we got home. Called hotel and told them. They said they would check lost and found and call back later that day. A week later still no call. I will not be going back. Worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. They told me they have never had theft in their hotel. There's always a first time for everything.

The hotel location and property were very good. The lobby area and seating for breakfast was very good too. The breakfast spread was very good, however the staff initially seemed not friendly. I ordered Omelet with veggies, however I got one with meat. Being a international chain of hotels, they could help the staff better understand the needs of international crowd.

We thoroughly enjoyed most all of our stay. The room was wonderfully clean, the staff polite and helpful and the experience was better than expected. If we hadn't been so tired from the long drive and non stop activities I probably would have asked from a room on the opposite side of the hotel, or at least on an inside wall away from the freeway noise.

Stayed last weekend at this property. Property looks brand new and most of the staff was helpful and courteous. I had an early flight out of STL the next morning and the shuttle service was excellent. There is also a train station nearby. It is a little bit of a walk but I enjoy walking and found this a convenient way to get to downtown St Louis for Cardinals games and other events. If back in the area I would certainly consider this hotel as an option particularly if downtown hotels are just too expensive or I have an early flight out of STL.

The room was very clean and extremely comfortable, but the service during dinner and breakfast was just horrid. We waited over an hour for our food, refills and the bill and the lobby only had 5 other guests in it. The food was good, but not for the price or the wait.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean. However, our vehicle was broken in to both nights we were there. We received no help from the hotel staff on this matter, and there were TWO security guards in the parking lot on both nights of the break in. I did not feel safe at this hotel.
