When you walk up, Maggie's gives the appearance that it could just be a tavern. Don't be fooled. Go on in. You will be glad you did. To start off, $6 Boulevard Wheat pitchers. Yes, Boulevard Wheat. And it was cold. We each had a breaded tenderloin sandwich. Though not the biggest around tenderloin, it was not pounded out paper thin with a bunch of grizzle and fat. It was not pounded out at all. It was over 3/4" thick with just enough breading. That's correct, not pounded, no grizzle, no fat. Just a really good tenderloin. The price, $6.50. Yes, that's right. The staff was friendly and attentive. Made us wish we lived in Boonville. Loved the decor. That old look that tells you to take seat and relax. Really enjoyed conversation with some of the locals. Go ahead, open the door, walk on in. You be glad you did.
