Went for anniversary. Great all around experience. Friendly and welcoming staff. It didn't take long to realize we chose the wrong room though as all other rooms seemed to be even better than "the Hideaway". Still, a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. I highly recommend unless you are with a noisy group.

We stayed in the Haven and absolutely loved it. The bed was so comfy and all the little details were wonderful. Snacks and beverages and chocolates. The room had this noise machine, robes, bottle of wine, heat controlled bed or mattress pad. The room was gorgeous. It didn't feel like we were in a hotel but just our own little place in Branson. The staff were super nice too!

My husband and I spent this past weekend here. We were greeted by Adam and Rose. They made us feel at home. The hotel is so quaint and relaxing. Loved that all the rooms were different. Had great morning conversations with Rose both mornings while we had coffee. We will be back. Loved it. Shannon and jack Toland

Never a bad experience at The Branson Hotel. This visit could have been "not so good" but the staff handled it professionally and were quick to resolve issues. We arrived early (as we always do) and Rose apologized that they had construction going on to make a new Wine Bar (we can't wait!) and the pipes were frozen so they had no water. This came to us as no surprise being that the weather was frigid. I know they were ready to do whatever it took to get it fixed and if not figure out a way to accommodate us. We were never worried. The pipes got unfroze that evening before we went to bed. Construction never bothered us . . . they put it to a halt during the weekend while we were there and were very welcoming in showing us what they had planned which we are very excited about! We plan to go back in August of this year to see the new improvements. I think anyone that goes to visit Branson should stay at The Branson Hotel at least once. . . but actually you'll never want to stay anywhere else if you do - so that's a WARNING! It's hard to beat the location, the awesome rooms and the excellent staff that are there to take care of you and make sure your stay is memorable. We have stayed in the Serendipity, the Haven and the Horseshoe. Next time we are staying in the Buck Bungalow! Can't wait! Get your reservations today! You won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: We have been on both floors and have no preference. . . . I think any room you choose you will love.

We stayed one night in October 2013. Due to inclement weather they had a large party cancel so we had the place to our self and could look around each room. All rooms looked just as comfortable as ours had been. This hotel is clean and has been updated beautifully. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The evening clerk suggested a small café down the street for our very late arrival dinner, it was delicious. The day clerk was kind enough to step outside on their beautiful grounds to take a picture of my hubby and me. While I do not consider it a typical bed and breakfast, more of a quaint boutique hotel that serves a step up from continental breakfast I would recommend this hotel. We will definitely return on our next Missouri Wine trip.

Room Tip: All rooms a decorated differently. Just pick one to your taste as they all looked cozy and comfy
